Sloane opened big door and peeked inside this room.she It was a library and she couldn't resist the urge to walk in. There were so much books. She wanted to see which books were there, even though she wasn't really a reader.

Lisbeth was already inside the library, trying to calm herself before going out to meet the others. She felt awkward in her dress. Yes, it looked nice, and it was simple, which was good, but she wasn't used to wearing dresses. Her dress - http://i01.i.aliimg.com/wsphoto/v0/55...
There was another girl in they library. She was wearing a long dress. The dress looked good on her, but everyone looked good here. She hoped she looked pretty enough, but she was scared she didn't.

Lisbeth glanced up, embarrassed to have been found here. " um. Hi. " she said quietly. The girl was really pretty and she looked like she was happy to be here.

"Hey!" SHe said with a smile. "YOu look nice!" She said with a smile. "The blue looks nice on you!" SHe said kind.

"Thanks. " she said blushing. " yo-you look nice too. " she looked down, feeling awkward. (Btw what caste was sloane in?)
"Thank you too." She said with a smile. She could see this girl felt a little bit out of place. But probably everyone outside the royal house did. "I am Sloane." She said with a small bow as a wink at the royal house.

Lisbeth took a step back. " no. No. Dont bow. Please. " she didnt think she could take it if people started treating her like that. " I'm Lisbeth. Elizabeth. Lisbeth. " she changed her mind, unsure what people expected.

She grinned."I was just joking." She said. "You are not royal.....yet, right?" She said with a wink. "Nice to meet you. zYoyu know, you could also call yourself Eliza, or Lis or beth. But I'll go with Lisbeth or Elizabeth if I were you, well atleast when you're in the neigbourhood of royals." She said with a crooked smile.

Lisbeth felt a bit overwhelmed. This girl was so busy and confusing. “nice to meet you too.” she muttered, fighting the urge to curtsy. This girl was obviously from a well to do caste and yet she was speaking to her normally, it was weird.

"I am sorry!" SHe said noticing she had made the girl feel uncomfortable. "It's just all so weird" She said with a small smile. "may I ask you where you are from. I have never seen you before." she said with a small smile.

"um. I'm a seven." lisbeth said quietly. "that's probably why." Sloane's manner was very posh, lisbeth was guessing maybe a two or a three. "what about you?"

"Okay, cool. I'm a three." She said with a small smile. She felt like she was bragging. "My mom was a six." She said with a smile.

"Ok. " Lisbeth have a small smile. She wanted to ask how sloane became a three but was too shy, also, sevens didnt ask questions like that to threes; it would be out of place and inappropriate.

"I think my grandfather was a four and my grandmother a three, but I'm not completely sure. I'm sure that my father is three though." She said with a smile. It is weird for someone of a higher caste to marry someone of a lower caste. But none of the threes knew exactly from which caste her and her mother came, they had all forgotten about it as soon as they met her. Her mother was happy to be out of six, people weren't nice to her there.

"Ok. " Lisbeth said again. She was unsure whether this was an introduction for her to talk about her family life but she kept her mouth firmly shut. Sloane seemed to talk a lot, but she didnt mind that much.

Sloane didn't really know what else she could say. So she smiled, This girl didn't seem to talk much. "do you like books?" She asked pointing at the shelves. This was a good subject to talk about. She thought happy.

"yeah. books are good." lisbeth replied. she assumed Sloane liked them too, as she'd brought them up, and she was smiling.

"They are indeed. But I always have too little time to read them. " She said with a frown in her forehead. She loved how books looked though, they were pretty.

"oh. ok." lisbeth didn't really want to say me too, so she didn't. "what do threes do?" she asked, wondering what made Sloane so busy.

Rose walked into the library, surprised by the grandeur of the place. It was quite magnificent, and there was nothing like it back in her province, not even in the Two's homes. There were so many shelves and books and people; it was just perfect!

Today was just like the other day for Petra, with all the chores and stuffs. The selected girls had arrive so, that would've added more to her duty-list. Part of her wandered if the girl she was assigned to would like her, and another part of her was telling her to just deal with anything.
She entered the Library quietly with few books on her hands. Those are the books that she borrowed few weeks ago, been a slow-reader because she was too busy to finish a book each day. When she was inside, Petra saw a girl, a beautiful young woman that she never saw before, a selected girl.

She entered the Library quietly with few books on her hands. Those are the books that she borrowed few weeks ago, been a slow-reader because she was too busy to finish a book each day. When she was inside, Petra saw a girl, a beautiful young woman that she never saw before, a selected girl.
Rose was about to choose a book from one of the many shelves, but then she saw a girl around her age that was carrying a large stack of books. Was it a Selected girl? She looked closer. No, it was a maid. Rose was hoping that it was a Selected girl that she could talk to, but really, a maid wasn't that bad. She walked towards the maid to talk to her, hopefully that was allowed, "Hello, I'm Rose!"

Petra lowered her head, hugging the books closer to her chest. She was just a maid, she wasn't supposed to look at anyone she served in the eye--rule number one on Petra's little comfort den- "I'm sorry if I interrupted you in any way, Miss. I apologize." she said, with her eyes wandering somewhere else; anywhere just don't lool into her eyes directly.

The maid looked like she felt guilty, but why? "Hey, don't hand your head, Miss. You didn't disturb me at all! What's your name?" Rose asked her gently, not wanting to hurt her feelings or offend her in anyway. She probably wasn't supposed to call a maid "Miss", but the maids did a lot, they deserved some respect!

"It's Petra, Miss." she said carefully. "My name is Petra."
Petra glanced at Rose, but didn't dare to look more than a brief few seconds. She took a deep breath, and slowly put those books she borrowed on the table.
"Do you need any sort of service, Miss?"

Petra glanced at Rose, but didn't dare to look more than a brief few seconds. She took a deep breath, and slowly put those books she borrowed on the table.
"Do you need any sort of service, Miss?"
"Okay, Petra, I do not need any service, no thank -" Rose said, then stopped herself, "Actually I could use some service. How about you accompany me for today? I am actually quite bored. Unless you have better things to do..."

"No problem, Miss." she shook her head. "Of course, I will accompany you if that's what you want."

Rose smiled, "Let's see, if you could do anything in the castle, what would you do? By anything, I mean, anything."

"I'm quite happy with what am I doing right now, Miss." she laughed shyly. "The royals are very kind to let me be here as their faithful maid. I get to live inside a Palace, and explore it. Sort of a dream comes true for me already, Miss."

"Oh," she said, a bit disappointed, "So, what's you're name? And also, I have a small favor to ask of you."

Petra frowned, didn't she just asked it before? "Petra Riddell, Miss." she answered again. "Sure, what can I do to help?"

"Oh yeah, sorry, mind blank!" She said, blushing a little, "The favor; just address me as Rose, don't bother to call me Miss."

"But that would be rude," she said, almost whispering. "If I get caught calling you so informally, I'll be in trouble."

Rose sighed, "If they catch you, tell them that is was an order for you to call me Rose. And I think that it would be rude for you to call me Miss." She said with a slight smile.

"Well, if that's what you want. I suppose I can call you, um, Rose... When no one else's around. If that's okay?"

"That's totally okay, I'll let you call me Miss when we are with a group of people or royalty," she assured her.

"Thank you, for your understanding." she nodded. "So, um, Rose, how do you find yourself here? Do you like the Palace?"

"Well, there was sign ups and interviews and things like that, and luckily, even though I never thought they would, they accepted me," she said with a shrug. "The castle is just beautiful!"

Petra smiled, "Good for you. And I'm sure there's something about you that caught their attention. That's why you're here."

"Thanks," Rose replied, blushing a bit. She was usually never complemented. "I'm kind of scared though, a lot of these girls really want to win."

"What about you? Don't you want to win too?" she asked.

"Of course I want to win! I'm just saying that some of the girls here obviously just want the crown and fame and just count the prince as a prize on the side," she told Petra with a sigh.

"So, you're here geuinely for the Prince? And the crown and fame just like, additional bonus prize or something?"

"Yeah," she admitted. "The crown and fame are lovely too, and I know that I have the potential to be a great queen, but I am here mostly for the prince."

"So, it's mostly because of the boy." she chuckled. "What do you think about him, really?"

"I honestly know nothing about him. Of course, he's a prince, so he most be wonderful..." She said, "I am not one of those girls who is like "ooh! Kiss! Loooooove!". I hate those kind of girls."

Rose's impersonation of what Petra could only described as plastic girls made her laugh, but she quickly covered her mouth. "I'm sure you are not one of that kind of girl. But, if may speak my opinion, once you know Prince Percival, you will not likely to swoon over him like fangirl would do."

"Whatever you say," Rose said with a shrug. "You have known him for your whole life."
