I'll start it off,
My name is Savannah, and I'm 22 aside from reading I work too much and in what little free time I have I play video games or hang out with friends. I am kid-free unless you count my fur-baby.
I am the creator of this group and want everyone to enjoy the group as much as possible!

Hi, my name is Eileen. The librarian recommended Goodreads to me when I asked her about the best site for customized recommendations, so here I am. I thought a book group might be fun as I don't have time to join a regular book club. I'm looking forward to talking about good, and sometimes, not so good books!

I'm Angela. I'm 17. Aside from reading, I play soccer and a few musical instruments. No kids thankfully. Haha. I play video games also and I'm a senior in high school.

I'm Christina, I'm 22 and I have a beautiful 12 week old daughter called Jade. She's my little miracle as she was born 10 weeks early giving everyone a scare.
Aside from reading and looking after Jade I really don't have time for anything else, babies are so demanding and expensive.

I may not always (or probably most of the time) be able to read the books as you girls read them as money is extremely tight and because Jade's so prone to illness I don't like taking her out (meaning a trip to the library is not on the cards) but I will always add them to my rather extensive reading list. It may just take me a while to get to them.

@Christina!! Welcome!!! I know how that goes with premies.. my little brother was born 12 weeks early, and we essentially lived in the NICU for 10 weeks. And the weaker immune system stinks too. Are you guys home? Or still in the NICU? And Christina do you have a nook or a nook account at least(because you can read from the nook app or online)? If I buy any of them on Nook, I am more than happy to "lend" them to you!!

@Hay Lin - I don't believe I've heard of that.. is it another British show? I wonder if Netflix has it.. they are how I get my fix of English TV

@Savannah We're home now, but spent seven and a half weeks living in NICU. She's a wee bit poorly at the moment, not taking her feeds (I just spent half an hour battling with her to get her to take half of her bottle), and she's having one large vomit every day or two. So we still have the neonatal nurses coming to see us once a week.

No I have the kindle app on my phone. Luckily this means some of the classics are free :-) I know I didn't pay a penny for Great Expectations or Emma.
