☀ Kat Nova ☀ (katvnova) | 307 comments I'm not big on contemporary books but the movie was good so if I find the time I'll definitely read it. Seems like it could spark up a fun discussion

Mackenzie :) (book_girl_777) | 49 comments I finished it and it was amazing! I would rate it a 9/10 though.

Evelyn I've read this already so I won't be actively commenting, but I'll be sure to express my opinions if I have any xD

desara (desarathebooknerd) I loved this book when i read it! My friends had all been gushing about the movie and i heard great reviews so I had picked it up before seeing the move like a good little Bookworm and it was delightful and I saw myself in al of the Song sisters!

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) I picked up the book today, can't wait to start!!

Dalia | 89 comments Ugg my library is making me put it on hold for 14 weeks. Don’t know if I’ll be able to get it elsewhere. Hoping to read it though!

message 13: by sahrai (new) - added it

sahrai (sarahmirzayee) I still need to go to the library for this book I was going to to today but I totally forgot so I’ll go tomorrow instead. Can’t wait to get it though!

message 14: by Lela (new) - rated it 3 stars

Lela I read this and it was good? Not my favorite thing in the world, but the first and the second are far superior to the third.

message 15: by Noah (new) - rated it 4 stars

Noah Crocker (whatsthepointofthis) | 1 comments I just finished TATBILB, and I enjoyed it! It was a nice and easy read, but at the same time full of emotions and internal struggles. There's a review up on my profile of you guys wanna check it out.

Sofiathefirst wrote: "The series was okay, It was not the best book in the world but not the worst. (IDK if anyone else would agree with me but I think she should have gotten with John Ambrose)" john was definitely a strong contender.

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) i just finished it, it was amazing! I do wish that she had been a little less insecure and scared, and that Josh was nicer and that they became a couple before he started dating her sister, because of course Lara Jean would never do that to her sister.

Jawahir the Bookworm The book was enjoyable (I've read it already) but it's Lara Jean's insecure and whining character at times that made this an okay slightly annoying read. Also, I prefer the second book to the first.

I too have the same opinion. John Ambrose is Lara-Jean's kinda boy than Peter.

Samiksha Bhattacharjee (samiksha23) | 13 comments I still need to read this book! Im definetely gonna read it when i finish my current books!

Georgina (petite_reads) | 2 comments I read this last month and also recently finished the third! I enjoyed TATBILB to be honest, it was light and easy to read. Really cute and cozy. I will say though that I actually MUCH prefer 'move Peter' to 'book Peter'!

YESSSSSS I agree 100% - John Ambrose was a dream

mjraves (bookscoffeeandimalesbian) | 34 comments I read the first 2 books in this series in 2019, and read the 3rd in January! I really enjoyed it; Jenny Han’s writing was fluffy and sweet. Most of the characters I also really liked reading about. Lara Jean was a bit too ‘no-going-outside-my-comfort-zone’ for me, but the romance and the other great parts of this book saved it.

message 25: by mjraves (new)

mjraves (bookscoffeeandimalesbian) | 34 comments and obviously, Lara Jean should have gotten with John Ambrose!!

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) Peter hasn't READ HARRY POTTER

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) I think that's a sure sign she shouldn't be with him

message 28: by mjraves (new)

mjraves (bookscoffeeandimalesbian) | 34 comments omg yes!

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) that's a condition I have. If you haven't read Harry Potter, we can't be together. Now get outta my face!

desara (desarathebooknerd) FACTS

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) YES

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) she's dressed as Cho for Halloween and stupid Peter's like "are you an anime character?" like, what the actual heck is wrong with you???

desara (desarathebooknerd) facts! and that was one of my favorite parts!

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) and how he got jealous that Josh was matching with her

desara (desarathebooknerd) then he ah oils have read the books 🙄

That is an amazing idea !!

Jawahir the Bookworm Tessa wrote: "she's dressed as Cho for Halloween and stupid Peter's like "are you an anime character?" like, what the actual heck is wrong with you???"

Omg yes, that annoyed me so much. Like this isn't even book related, this is friggin mainstream info. How much cluelessness can you possibly posses 👀🤦🏽‍♀️

I hate that that scene wasn't in the movie though

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) yeah... the book was way better in lots of ways. the movie didn't even get Kitty's name right!

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) not name, age!! AGE

Sasha (sashasreading) | 71 comments Exactly! I mean all my favorite scenes weren't even in the movie and I don't like the way they change the story just to make it fun.
Anyway when i say i want a movie based on my favorite book i mean i want a 3 hours version film with the exact same scenes and dialogues

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) lol same

Hopefully I will start this today

Cecelia (Kiss kiss fall in love) Stromberg (theawesomebookworm) it's really good i'm on the third one and it was sooo good! I think We didn't get enough time with John! also for Lara I would pick Peter but for myself I would pick John (IDK if that makes any sense?)

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) What about Josh? don't you think that if he had never dated Margot, he and Lara Jean could be the perfect couple?

Cecelia (Kiss kiss fall in love) Stromberg (theawesomebookworm) I'm meh about Josh, I don't think he and Lara Jean would be as awesome as Peter and her but IDK

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) But Peter is so annoying !

Tessa Herondale~Carstairs (jessawessa) He hasn't even read Harry Potter! And he always has an excuse to be with Genevieve.

Cecelia (Kiss kiss fall in love) Stromberg (theawesomebookworm) Raise your hand though, if Stromy was you favorite character, (look at this spoiler only if you've read the last one, (view spoiler) )

Me: Raises hand quickly.
