Book 1

I love this book so much!

I love the introduction to all our favorite characters! Tessa was especially relatable to me in this one.

"One must always be careful of books, and what's inside them, for words have the power to change us."

Oh yes. It took me a while to get into the story, but once I did, I loved it. It was the first Shadowhunter book I have ever read, and it will always have a special place in my heart

Funny story, I was 10 and watching this youtuber, readbyzoe, talking about how sad Clockwork Princess was, and I was like "I'm gonna read it now" and my parents looked at so many bookstores for it, when they found out it was actually the 3rd book in the series, and the bookstore dude said it was probably not for my age yet. So, I waited until middle school, and then started it. Luckily, with Clockwork Angel😂

Omg imagine if you read Clockwork Princess first.........all the spoilers.😂

If you started with Clockwork Princess, imagine how confusing that would be! XD Glad you didn't tho haha.

Yeah. 10 was also probably too early to start Shadowhunters anyway...XD
