I read a little of this book in my library but forget the title. The summary describes a woman being trapped in her own body, she literally can’t move out of bed, can only observe with her eyes as her family goes about their daily routines while she can’t join them and can only watch. This is horrifying to her.

Seemed horror/thriller and I believe she is in her home, stuck paralyzed in bed while her family goes about their daily routines and stopping to check on her/help her. She can only watch them
