Regina Osiecki | 296 comments I read a little of this book in my library but forget the title. The summary describes a woman being trapped in her own body, she literally can’t move out of bed, can only observe with her eyes as her family goes about their daily routines while she can’t join them and can only watch. This is horrifying to her.

Regina, what's the genre or tone - e.g., horror, mystery, psychological thriller, sad, depressing?

Is the woman in a hospital or at home?

Can you tell us more about her - e.g., how she became paralyzed, her age, job, marital status?

Regina Osiecki | 296 comments Seemed horror/thriller and I believe she is in her home, stuck paralyzed in bed while her family goes about their daily routines and stopping to check on her/help her. She can only watch them

Around what year did you read this book? A range of years is fine.

Is she paralyzed because of an illness, accident (e.g., car crash) or physical assault?

Is she a young, middle-aged or elderly adult?

Is there a violent crime (e.g., Try Not to Breathe by Holly Seddon | The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides | If She Wakes by Michael Koryta)?
