The Lorien Legacies discussion

This is not to do with the story and I am not saying my grammar and spelling is good by any means, quite the opposite in fact. But reading the series I always notice at least one obvious error and it always annoys me.

It baffles me with all the spell check and editing that goes into a PUBLISHED book by a Best Selling Author to have mistakes in every book.

Was just wondering if anyone else notices these errors (it's not just this book/author either I've noticed GRRM make mistakes in one of the 'songs of ice and fire' books). It's not a deal breaker or anything, still enjoy reading the series (less and less each book).

Examples?

I'd have to go through and make a note of the page but i remember on like the first page of a new chapter half way through the newest book it goes something like, "I'm am...."

I also agree :) I guess the author had so many good ideas that there wasn't time to double check grammar.
