Let's introduce ourselves, our interests in books and our expectations from this group!
What are you generally reading?
What do you expect from this GR group?
What topics and initiatives would you like to attend?

I'm Iulia.
I'm a coach, writer, reader, traveler.
I love reading new books, especially historical fiction, cultural, travel, adventure, both fiction and non-fiction.
I've written 2 books, both non-fiction, I've described them in the poll dedicated to new writers.

I am interested in meeting like-minded people with whom I can have meaningful conversations around books.

Hi! I'm Ciprian Dobre-Trifan

I am a technical management consultant, and I read books on management and leadership as well as software architecture and team topologies.

I am also a keen traveler and I like reading historical fiction, adventure and culture books.

Recently I've also become a writer, having co-authored Calendarul zâmbetelor realiste and I am currently working on my first 'solo' book, Shallow Copy, the first book in the "Utopia" collection that I coordinate at Pragmatic Publishing.

Looking forward to sharing the writing experience with other authors and sharing great new books with other readers.

I am Andrei.

I am a business management consultant, coach, writer and book enthusiast.

I already co-authored a book and now I am in the process of publishing my first authored non-fictional book.

Usually I read non-fiction but I am open to explore other genres as well. I believe that by constantly exploring and reading books we achieve higher levels of knowledge.

I am interested in sharing book related experiences with other book enthusiasts.

Welcome Pete!
Congratulations on writing your first novel at such a young age! May you have a great writing career ahead of you.
So, I take it your writing genre is sci-fi, fantasy.

Welcome Clara!
What are you studying?
Perhaps you could share with us reviews of the books you read, to inspire us?
Or better yet, share some of the books you've left unfinished, maybe get different perspectives from the people in the group on those same books?
Enjoy your time online and feel free to participate in whatever way suits you.

Welcome Krisha! Nice to have you here and thank you for all the posts you already made in this group.

I'll make sure to check out your blog and perhaps propose one for your post as well.

Judging by your nickname, I suppose "young adult" is your favorite genre. Tell us about a book you liked, and maybe posts its review on the Best Review Contest topic.

I have recently discovered Tasha Suri through her debut novel Empire of Sand (The Books of Ambha, #1) by Tasha Suri

Hi Pete! Sci-fi is one of my favorite genres. I'd be happy to read your book and leave a review. Where is the best place I can get the book from?
