I would like to start that at some point

Would you want to read that after we finish Mercy?

message 26: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments Yes

Leigh | 18513 comments Mod
Yay!

message 28: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
I'd be okay with that.

message 29: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
So if we want to start a new series, here are some suggestions from above, though I would be open to just about anything:
Sea of Shadows (Age of Legends, #1) by Kelley Armstrong (I like Kelley Armstrong)
Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas (no audio)
Three Mages and a Margarita (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #1) by Annette Marie (good reviews, my library does not have)
Pushing the Limits (Pushing the Limits, #1) by Katie McGarry (I've read but would re-read)

message 30: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
Here are some other suggestions not mentioned above:
Men of the Otherworld (Otherworld Stories, #1) by Kelley Armstrong (Kelley Armstrong)
Nowhere But Here (Thunder Road, #1) by Katie McGarry (Katie McGarry)
Furies of Calderon (Codex Alera, #1) by Jim Butcher (Jim Butcher - I have these marked as read but don't remember reading them!)

message 31: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments I've never heard of pushing limits but it sounds good

message 32: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments I would be interested in Jim Butcher

message 33: by Leigh, ⚔️ Wonder Woman ⚔️ (new)

Leigh | 18513 comments Mod
Pushing the limits is only on ebook @ my library. I put Furies of Calderon on hold. It says 2 weeks. I would be up for anything.

message 34: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments There are so many series that I have yet to finish that are on their last book. But I can't remember much of what happened before so I need to reread those series.

message 35: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
I know! I hate it when you have to wait so long for the next book!

message 36: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments Yep. Fever series, Charley Daniels are completed. Dark hunters are about to start back up and I'm so confused on that since the dragon books. Nick will not continue at this time. The black dagger brotherhood has several books I've missed.

message 37: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
I have to catch up on Black Dagger. I gave up on Dark Hunters.

message 38: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments I didn't like all of the black dagger but I still want to reread and continue

message 39: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
I’ve liked most of them so far, but now they’re getting into the side characters having their own books, and they’re not as interesting to me.

message 40: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments Yes. If we can find them on audio is been down

message 41: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
Do you have any standalone suggestions while we're waiting for the Furies of Calderon? I've looked and there's a wait at my library, too.

message 42: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments Why about confess or verity by hoover if we can get it?

message 43: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments There's a long wait for confess at my library.

message 44: by Leigh, ⚔️ Wonder Woman ⚔️ (new)

Leigh | 18513 comments Mod
I put Confess on hold but it will be 10 weeks. I have books on my shelf. Maybe we can read one of them?

message 45: by Sheri, Bookworm (new)

Sheri | 13552 comments Mod
I've been wanting to read The Rules of Magic (Practical Magic, #0.2) by Alice Hoffman
All This Time by Mikki Daughtry or Orleans by Sherri L. Smith sound interesting, too.

message 46: by Vaughn (new)

Vaughn | 3843 comments Orleans is interesting

message 47: by Leigh, ⚔️ Wonder Woman ⚔️ (new)

Leigh | 18513 comments Mod
Do we want to read Orleans? I'm up for all of those.
