Hmmmm... Yeah. I think it would be cool though to have a very different setting for this group..
Not really :P I mean, there could be a town a few miles away from a city, but it wouldn't have the same name.
Yea see but that's where it gets confusing. There's NY the state. Then in NY there is NYC. Then in NYC there are 5 boroughs. Then in the boroughs there are towns ;P
Haha yeaaa see what I mean! Then if you wanted to get MORE confusing, add the fact that one of those boroughs is also an island.
So. What should we do? XD
I think it would make sense that there wouldn't be any structured goverments yet in a large population

Yea that's the point. We are literally starting from scratch. There won't be any government or order. I think we could just split the creation of charries as Male and Female and in those folders have Normal and Special.
That's what I was thinking too :)
So we need to think of why there hasn't been any groups forming even five years after the end.

Just put it on me XP
I'm thinking that it should be a larger town, maybe having had a population of 10,000 before the end. So this way, the chaos lasted a lot longer and kept things from starting to grow. There could be a center of the town that has a lot of taller buildings, and they would have been a lot harder to secure completely, making rebellions a lot easier.
