I really enjoyed the book and I didn’t realize how focused I was on doing things perfectly or not doing them at all until I read it!

Same here! This book showed me how important it is to just go for it. I do think there is room for more discussion on how speaking out at meetings like men do can actually cause more of a backlash for you, rather than seeming "brave."
