Hitchhikers Guide is the best! Here are a few of my others faves:

D.C. Trip by Sara Benincasa: High school teachers take several students on a trip to the capital and things go very, very wrong. Also not for the faint of heart, as you can imagine in a book about high schoolers.

Meaty and We Are Never Meeting In Real Life by Samantha Irby: Hilarious essays on pop culture, American society, and Irby's life.

Strange Planet by Nathan Pyle: A collection of cartoons featuring adorable blue extraterrestrials doing everyday human activities, illustrating how odd some of our habits and rituals are.

The Stupidest Angel: A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror by Christopher Moore: A little boy witnesses the demise of a mall Santa in-costume and makes a desperate wish for Santa to come back to life. Unfortunately, the titular angel accidentally wakes up everyone in the graveyard instead of just the Santa, unleashing zombies upon the town on Christmas Eve. Also not for the faint of heart!
