Please Join Colleen and me as we read Mortal Instruments. The schedule for book 1 (City of Bones) goes as follows:
January 5-12th Chapters 1-13
January 12th Chapters 13-25
City of Ashes
January 19th Chapters 1-12
January 26th Chapters 12-24

I actually have a question. What happens if you fall behind in reading?

Lol I will try to keep the schedule as well. Probably wont read the chapters by the schedule exactly but I should be able to finish the book in 2 weeks.

If you fall behind in reading just let me know where you are in the book. Don't worry.

Do you think instead of having to read a certain chapters by the end of the week can we just have a set date we should read it by? I think that would be a lot easier for me if we did that but if we can't thats okay. Or maybe for city of ashes we could do that.

Jan 12th for book 1
and Jan 26th for book 2
That gives everyone 2 weeks to read each book. Will that work?I only did the chapter thing cause it helps everyone out. PM me a schedule and we will work something out. I'm starting the book tonight. So let me know

I just don't think I will be able to read the designated chapters this week. I am going back to school and I have a few big tests this week. How about you keep the schedule for now to help everyone else.

Collen you are okay. I am just not understanding what you want. Sorry. We can do a set read date. That will work for me. What dates do you want for book 1 and 2? I start school on the 12th so I too will be very busy.

I'm sorry :P I think we should have a set date instead of having to read Half the book one week and half the book the next week. So by the 11th or 12th(the Sunday before you go back to school I can't remember the date :P)
We should have it done by then. Does that make more sense? Sorry I wasn't clear.
