Jamie Campbell Bower is revealed as Jace. I do believe he's PERFECT to play the Role of Jace. Some people say he doesn't look the Part, but I believe he does.

I watched the movie before started reading the series so, I'm a bit bias. I like Jamie with this role. I just think that he needed more muscle.

HE IS PERFECT. He act like a Jace mayne his body doesn't fit well for the role but he is still perfect with his hair, face and etc.

I thought Jamie's real personality played into why he played Jace well. Even Kevin Zegers ( Alec ) said that Jamie played him well because he a "smartass" So I thought Jamie did a good job.

I agree. Jamie's real personality is very close to Jace. I, personally, liked him. He did all his own stunts too.

Oh! I think he a perfect Jace, I love both and their personality is very similar. Maybe he should have a bit more muscle, but not too much. He is still perfect without muscle for the paper.

His acting is definitely good and his personality is like Jace's. His physique is just too different than what I expected but I have nothing against him or his role as Jace

I KNOW!!! I loved it all. I just loved Jamie as Jace it was the best and I don't even care about what others are saying about his body or what not, because he was legit all I could've hoped for and more! He played the role so well, did his smartass bit but was also so cute in the GREENHOUSE SCENE!!! *Flails*

Because you watched his as Jace first. When I saw Alex Pettyfer he was automatically Jace in my mind :3

I think that if Jamie was a bit bulkier he would be perfect. He did his own stunts in the movie. His real personality is very snarky and sarcastic like Jace. I love him.

I agree... Physically speaking Alex Pettyfer was Jace in my mind... Jamie was good too but too skinny >.> and Jamie's personally is Jace's!

For me Jace is Jamie ! All the cast were perfect choices all of them.

His face was too angular for how imagined Jace, his hair was supposed to be like a halo around his face. I don't think he was right to play jace.

@Emilie: I agree with you. He just wasn't what I pictured. Not saying his acting was bad but I pictured him different. Also a little broader.

@Emilia I have to agree with you he just wasn't how Cassandra Clare described him in the books. His acting was pretty good but I think Jace is normally more witty and sarcastic than how he was portrayed in the movie.

I agree. I like Jamie Campbell Bower as a person/actor, but I just don't think he quite hit the mark playing Jace.

I agree, he just didn't fit the role of Jace for me. Personality wise he was an okay match but he didn't fit the description of what I pictured in my head while reading.

He didn't look like the Jace that I had in my head, and I thought his hair was a little too long, but I thought that he was witty enough, thank goodness for that!!
