Vidya (vidyasamson) | 8 comments Apart from Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files, most fantasy tends to be dark and serious. Can anyone recommend humorous fantasy novels, preferably with a snarky first person narrator? And preferably YA, though adult would also do. i’m especially interested in portal fantasy, but I don't think there’s any humorous portal fantasy available. Thanks!

There is no one quite like Dresden. He is just one of a kind. I have read that series twice and could probably read it again.

I love Stephanie Plum and Mercy. Both of those series are comfort reads for me. They suck you in and you feel like you are actual friends with both.
