What are you all doing to get books now? My library is closed. I have maxed out how many books I can have on hold on Libby. I have bought a few from BookBub, but I'm really bummed that I can't get the ones I really want to read right now, without spending tons of money. What other ways are there I can borrow books for free during this quarantine?

I hoarded books at the library right before I thought it was going to close, I have a bunch out from Libby and more I'm waiting for and theres still my own HUGE library here at home and on my kindle. There are some free trials I think you could try. Audible will give you a few free books to start and I believe scribd is offering a free temporary membership. If you have amazon prime I think you can get a free month there too.
Johanna- Some other ebook options are Hoopla, CloudLibrary, and SimplyE (NY Public Library app). For SimplyE, you can download public domain books without a library card! I’m finally reading physical books I own! But, I’m also downloading books from all of these sources.
I've also maxed out my holds list, but on my library's site (we use overdrive for digital stuff) you can filter by available now, so I can find stuff that I can read right away. My holds and my checkouts thankfully don't go towards the same max totals.
Jackie in #6 above said what I was going to recommend. I put everything from my TBR that was available on Overdrive into a wish list, and I can filter that by Available Now. I have 20 or more choices on that list on any given day, so I won't run out soon.
I have signed up for a trial of Kindle Unlimited even though the selection is limited and am using it a lot, plus my library's Overdrive. If the library closure extends through May I will pay for another month of the Unlimited since it is better than just relying on what is in the library.
