Have you read some Amish themed books that you would like to recommend? Would you like to chat about an Amish book that you've read in the past? Whether it's an Amish romance, a cozy mystery or a gritty Linda Castillo book, let's chat about them here.

I mentioned these in my video, but I will mention them here. I have enjoyed the writings of Beverly Lewis for many years. Her trilogy Heritage of Lancaster County, that begins with The Shunning is especially good. It is about a young woman who just doesn't feel like she belongs and has difficulty fitting in with the Amish way of life even though she has been Amish her whole life.It has been years since I have read these, but I remember really loving the whole trilogy. The second book is The Confession and the third book is called The Reckoning.
These really have to be read in order.
