What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Ok so this book starts off by a boy and his uncle finding a girl. They go to a hotel and she eats for the first time in a while. She throws up the food outside the hotel. The go to the tow they live in I think they call it haven. The teens have powers and they’re a only a few left. She works as a maid until they figure out she has powers. She befriends a woman who can make emotions into potions. She figures out she can hear one horses thoughts. They do a game in the town and they use paint. Assassins are trying to kill her. Her father comes at the end.

I probably read it about five years ago. I believe it’s main audience is teens.
