I'll be honest here, I have judged multiple books by their covers. I don't think it matters ultimately, but I think a good cover is always going to help the book. What do you guys think?

Spriya | 242 comments Is it just me, or do you not like it if there are real people/things on the cover (like a photograph rather than art)? I think it looks tacky and somewhat cheap.

Nikita Yes I've done that but it's usually the cover that draws me in and makes me go oooh what's this

Spriya | 242 comments Yup! I think that's exactly the deal with the Red Queen series
After the first book, it was pretty meh, but you have got to admit- all the covers are STUNNING
that's probably why it got so much of the hype it did
