Alex walks into the library. You can tell where she stepped because the floor has burned marks. She tries not to light the room on fire.

She sorta waved back. She looked at the shelves of books. She knew she wasn't going to read one, she didn't want to light it on fire.
"Alex, I would take a book off the shelf, but I'm afraid I'll burn the book."
"I haven't learned to control them yet," she says, motioning toward the burn marks on floor.
Alex sits down next to trying not to burn the coach.
"Yeah, I'm 12. I want to control them, it's hard."
Alex smiles. He was nice, everyone is so nice here.

“Hey!” Casandra said walking in, Cassy on her shoulder.
“I am Cassandra, goddess of Warmth! You?” She asks
Cassandra goes to a book shelf, looks at the books and finishes by choosing one that says ‘how to comfort people?’
"Alex goddess of Fire." Alex waits for Bennet to answer.
“Coool” Cassandra says thinking about all the things Alex could maybe do.
“Wow! Never seen this before!” Cassandra says turning to Bennet. “What is your power ?”
"Your power is so cool," Alex murmured to Bennet.
Cassandra’s mouth open in awe without even making it on purpose. When she realizes it, she quickly closes it and blushes of embarrassment.
“Are you new?” Cassandra asked
“You are amazing controlling your powers already then!” Cassandra exclaims !
“Can you like summon a ball of fire?” Cassandra asks at Alex all excited
"If I don't want to burn anything than only for a second." She put out her hand. Her hand lights on fire. Drops of fire bounce from finger to finger. The fire fades as quickly as it began.
“Oh my gods or goddesses or whatever! That isn’t amazing” Cassandra says clapping in her hands, sending waves of very hot air around the room.

Cassandra realizes it’s becoming very hot and cools herself by flapping the book she has in hand in front of her face and turns her head around embarrassed for not being able to control her powers. At the same time, the temperature goes back to normal.
“I’m the same, I can’t really control my powers, whenever I get really excited, my powers activate themselves and the air around me can become quite uncomfortably hot” Cassandra explains looking back at Alex Andre Bennet hopping they didn’t notice what just happened.
Cassandra walks away and looks at the both of them from a distance not to make the incident happen twice.
Alex concentrates the fire lights up her hand. It doesn't go away and it doesn't burn anything. It stays in her hand. She summons it to go away and it does. "I did," she whispers in awe.
“Oh what” Cassandra asks thinking she had gone unnoticed. “Um... sorry. It’s just that I can get my powers out of control if I get to excited and I didn’t want to repeat what happened a few minutes ago, I know it’s really uncomfortable for other people than” she says shyly
“Wow, that is sooo cool” Cassandra says excitedly Andre without even realizing it, she was sending very hot waves of very hot air again all around her.

“Yeah, I suppose” Cassandra says, walking back towards them with a shy smile
(( i figured))Alex sat back down on the couch.
Cassandra grinned too, thinking what a cute couple they would do. (( hehehe ))
And just at that moment realized for the second time of the day that the temperature really was too high and that everyone around was sweating. So she concentrated herself and calmed down and the temperature was back to normal. “Sorry about that” she muttered
Cassandra got up and said, “I am hungry for a little snack! Mind going to the cafeteria?”

Alex waits for Bennet to see if he wants to.
Cassandra went out of the library after having put back her book on the bookshelf and having waved to her new friends and headed for the cafeteria.
