here is my character im still working on her

Name: Luna Miller
Original name: Brian Miller

Sex: Female (was male originally)

Powers: super strong, fast regeneration (can’t fully regenerate new organs),fire manipulation
Ailment: gender change. He has become the opposite gender and has to deal with it.
Family: lives alone to embarrassed to let his family see him like this. His/her parents both live out of state, he had come up here to go to school
History: brian had moved to new York to go to school at the art institute, he was helping out a few local high schools as a chaperon on a trip to see the century labs, once there it is unknown how it happened but an explosion that filled the whole building with a mixture of gasses . when he woke up he found himself in a hospital as well he found out he had been turned to a female.

Family: doesn't remember.

History: he's an orphan, as far as he can remember. He lost all memories after gaining powers. First thing he remembers is being in a forest. After that he's been alone.

New red only one thing is that they gained their powers due to an accident at a lab/ chemical plant.

Family: She was an only child, and had gone to New York for college. Her parents, however, isolated her and refused to have anything to do with her after the accident, saying she was a freak.

History: Kira grew up in the country, in a small town in Kansas. When she graduated high school, she moved to New York to go to college to be a scientist. She was on a tour of the labs when the accident happened. When she woke, the only physical change was her eye color, which was originally blue, though she found she could make objects float and break at will.

history: Her parents died in a car crash when she was little. Ever since then she had been taken care of by Aidan. She was never the talkative type or the type that people would want to go up to and have a conversation or be friends with her. She always gave off a look to them like if you bother me you'll regret it, but never really means the look.

History:Alexander had been born on December 13th, in the middle of a snowstorm in Russia. He was born perfectly healthy, and a few years after his birth, his oarents and him moved to where they are now. Alex had moved out when he was 16, and began to attend a boarding school. He was on a field trip when he the accident at Century Labs happened, and now has to deal with his ailment as well as his powers.

Powers: Can feel people's emotions as a physical symptom. She can also manipulate the elements to a certain degree. (ex. Cause a breeze.)

ailment: People's anger can cause her serious pain. Sometimes the "evil" in a person can possess her and her personality will change. Her eyes turn yellow during her change and the amount of time this possession lasts can vary.

Family: Half Japanese and half American, she currently resides with her American father. Her mother left when she was a child.

history: Miyuki is a loner, often picked on by others at school. On a high school field trip at a lab when it suddenly exploded. After the accident, her father tries to take care of her but she can't stand his pity and plans to run away.

History: his powers came as a surprise, after he school field trip Drew felt something different about him. Something very strong and powerful inside him. Even though Drew hasn't transformed yet he can feel the power of the wolf. He tries to hide it but soon WOMT be able to keep the power hidden for long.

Ailments: Using her power knocks her unconscious, and the bigger the target group and more emotional she makes them, the longer she's out of commission--also, sociopaths are immune to her power
Family: A grandmother and little brother
History: Her grandma raised her and her ten-year-old brother. She was on a school field trip when the accident happened, and she hasn't told her family about her abilities because she doesn't want to freak them out.

I changed the history :) sorry it took so long. I was on vacation and could only post maybe once a day.

Name: Esmond Delacourt
Age: 34
Sex: Male
Species: Human Xer

Appearance: Slightly taller to his age, honey eyes, clear hair with a light beard. Skinny, and uses glasses, yet on a good physical condition. He is French.

Powers: He can see through objects and sense what he is looking for when he concentrates. He also developed a slightly higher intelligence. He can 'pause time' (actually, just being really very fast) in intervals up to 1.5 minutes for him. However, anytime he exceeds this time his mutations grow faster.

Ailments: Mutating. He loose vision chronically, his eyes also start to glow purple, he also periodically starts coughing blood which turns more and more acid as it also starts becoming green. His bones will eventually start to develop a mutation also which grows small spikes all around his body with no patron. He also grows a little bigger and stronger, turning him in some kind of mutant as he uses his other abilities. (He has obvious reasons to hate his state)

Family: All of his family living in France. Even his wife and little daughter.

History: He used to work on many laboratories prodigiously and was very talented in genetic science and biology. He traveled to Century laboratories to perform an experiment along with a group of scientists. The explosion occurred and he barely survived. Now he lives hiding and trying to find a cure to his deplorable state, he doesn't hesitate in using his powers sometimes do things he once saw as wrong. All what he wants is to return to normality and return to his family in France.

Appearance: Wavy, dark auburn hair to her waist. Dark blue eyes. Slender, natural light tan, slender, & curvy.
She is rather quiet & sweet typically.

Powers: A trained martial artist from the age of 4 her mutated strength makes her an exceptionally strong fighter. She is able to control others easily with her mind. After she has used mind control on anyone they have no idea what just happened.

Ailments: When using mind control her eyes glow a neon blue which causes her to stand out to humans. Therefore she only uses the ability when absolutely necessary.

Family: Twin brother, Logan, who attends college in Florida living with his parents who moved there for work.
Older brother, Finn, who is a scientist at the lab. She was visting him when the accident occured. He happened to be in a seperate area of the lab & suffered no ill effects from the blast. She lives with Finn while attending college nearby. She has a close, supportive family.

History: She has always been easygoing & nice. A good student who didn't ever have to study too hard. Her brothers are protective of her which irritates her at times but she loves them. She is just starting college taking basic courses as she has a few fields of interest but isn't sure what she wants to major in yet.

Esmond is good he could have been working at the lab.
katie you character is ok but how about something other then mind control, to strong of a power sorry, that and the alment needs a bit more work, look at some of the other characters ailments

Powers: Due to her mutation she is able to easily harness Chi. This gives her extraordinary strength, speed, durability, & reflexes.

Ailment:Whenever she harness' Chi her eyes glow neon blue & her recovery time is substantial after expending so much energy. Use of Chi also often leads to migraines, vomiting, sound & light sensitivity. She becomes violently ill if she does not find a quiet, dark place to lay down awhile. The longer it takes to find such a place the more sick she becomes. How is that? Also, maybe she should be 19 or 20?
