The Academy for Goddesses and Gods discussion

At the other corner of the ballroom, another entrance leads to a wide spread of buffet that looks entirely modern. The high ceilings of the old academy was kept though, but the interior design looked gorgeous, almost like a restaurant, and perfect for a dine for two. Or four. Or any amount actually. Eat till your heart's desire!

Laavi turns to Serenity, "So, any recommendations?"

"ALl desserts" Serenity said grinning

Laavi laughed, "I like your taste, but I like everything here more"

Serenity shrugged. " I'm getting macarons"

Laavi thought for a while and put a little bit of everything that would fit on her plate

Abraham walked over smiling. He snuck up behind Laavi and gently put his hands over her eyes. "Guess who?" he said, in a forced high voice.

Laavi turned around, not sure who it was, "Abraham!"

Alex walked in. "Food."

"Hi!!!!" Abraham exclaimed, then hugged Laavi quickly. He pulled away smiling, then started to pile a plate with cheese pizza.

Alex grabbed a plate. She got a bunch of cheese pizza and garlic bread.

Laavi smiled. "Serenity, this is Abraham... Abraham, this is Serenity"

"Hi!!!! I'm Abraham!!! It's nice to meet you!!!" Abraham exclaimed, smiling.

"Hello" Serenity said

"I think I like pizza too much," Alex says to Em. She has six pieces of pizza.

Laavi looks at Abraham, "So um I know you came here with someone as friends... but would you like to dance?" she asked awkwardly

"You want a slice? Or you gonna stay with the healthy food?" Alex asks, not judgingly.

Abraham looked at his stack of pizza, at least eight pieces. He laughed then set it down. "Yes, I would love to dance."

Laavi set her plate full of oddities down too. "Don't worry we're coming back here soon" she laughed

"Alright." She starts eating her pizza.

Serenity took a piece of pizza as well

Abraham held his hand out for her. "M'lady?" he grinned. "Would you care to join me at the ballroom?"

"I would love to," she smiled as they walked towards the ballroom

Alex smiled.

Alex laughs a little.

"You are the best," Alex says with a smile.

Aeris entered the ballroom, and it was magnificent. He had never seen such an area in the academy before. He walked through it, as he could not find Emerson, and finally chanced upon her at the dining area where the buffet spread was at.

"Emerson!" he waved at her. He was wearing the tuxedo that they had chosen for him, and looked absolutely dashing in it.

Alex smiles wide.

"Looks like your date is here," Alex whispers.

(( just curious, why does Emerson keep smiling? its kinda funny uwu ))

He noticed Alex by Emerson's side, and waved at her too. "Hey Alex, you look amazing!" Aeris said cheerfully. It was then he had a proper look at Emerson, boasting her olive green dress.

"You look beautiful, Em," he told her quietly, as he looked at her in detail.

"Thanks," Alex said.

(( she smiles at everyone! ))

"Thank you Em," Aeris said. "So I see you two have gotten your food, I'll just go grab mind and we can hang. Or I don't mind going to dance first," he continued, looking around and noticing that there weren't many people in the dance area yet. Maybe they were all preparing in the dorms.

Alex went back to eating.

Laavi takes her plate from where she had left it and takes a bite from her pizza

"I ship you two," Alex whispers to Em.

((I have to go)) Laavi turns to Abraham and gives him a hug, "I have to go... see you later?"

Alex smiles and gives a little laugh again. She does the pinky thing as she drinks her water.

Aeris nodded, and went to get some food at the buffet table, piling it up with protein and vegetables, but with no carbs so that he would be able to maintain those gains.

"All right girls, what's up? What did you girls do before I came?" he asked them, tearing into his chicken.

Abraham grabbed his food and nommed on it.

"Ate food and talked," Alex replied eating her fifth slice of pizza.

He nodded at Laavi, then kissed her gently. "See ya!"

"Oh is that it. We should either go dance or go like, the cocktail lounge or something," Aeris suggested as he took another bite.

"Emerson do you want some of my black pepper chicken , it's amazing!" he said cheerfully as he put some on a fork and put it close to her mouth to feed her.

Alex sighed. 'Where's Ana?" she thought. She kept eating.

"Right! Hey you have something on the corner of your mouth. Let me just get that for you," Aeris smiled back and took a napkin, leaning over and gently wiping off the crumb that was on Emerson's mouth.

Then he leaned back on his chair, grinning at Alex. "Hey Alex, so did you come with a date? I haven't seen you around lately," he asked, chewing his food.

"I have a date, Ana. I don't where she is, though," Alex answers taking a bite.

"What kind of Goddess is Ana?" Aeris asked curiously, and finished up his plate in the meantime. As it was a buffet, he was not afraid that he could not come back for seconds, thirds or even fourth.

"Also, what have you been up to today Em? You didn't really text me, and I went to get ice cream instead," he let out a hearty laugh.

"She's the goddess of emotions," Alex said.

Alex turns to Chrystal. "Hey," she says.

"Pizza."

"You feeling all right Em? Are you sick or having a fever?" Aeris reached out a hand to touch her forehead, but she felt fine and was not burning up.

"But wow, emotions huh? That's pretty cool. Maybe she could make us all angry suddenly or something," he responded.
