1. Kabir: Ecstatic Poems - Kabir, Translated by Robert Bly (Reread)2. Tudors: A Dark History - Judith John
A new read - a fantastic Christmas present. I'm so obsessed with reading about the Tudors. This book was especially great because of its illustrations. Many of the paintings and artifacts were pieces I'd never seen before.
I'm still here, and still reading, I swear! I've had a few books going at once, and it's been slow going. Nonetheless...3. Merlin: Dragon of Avalon - T. A. Barron
4. Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, & Lao Tzu: The Parallel Sayings - Richard Hooper
6. The Practice of the Presence of God - Brother Lawrence7. Feast or Famine - Lee Lozowick
I'm always a non-fiction fan, but I've really been exclusively reading it of late... I don't have the emotional energy for fiction. The finished ones have had a pattern of being spiritual lately, but I've got a parenting one and a history one in the works...
I'll get back to Gilligan's Wake eventually. Like maybe when I get a full night's sleep again... someday... (Teething. That's all I have to say. Shudder.)

Just keep reminding yourself it will pass soon.

Thanks for the encouragement. it could be so much worse; I'm doing ok with keeping perspective. I finished another book, and I've forgotten what number I'm on... and with the new app (I'm on my phone) I can't see my old post while I'm writing this. hmm. I think it's #8. Krishna Bai - Swami Ramdas
I'm still alive and kicking, I promise. I haven't been reading as much as I like, but I actually finished a book a couple of weeks ago and didn't update...13. The Way Of Power - Red Hawk
... and then I finished Wolf Hall tonight! It was a really fun read. I'm slightly obsessed with Tudor England, and to read it from Cromwell's point of view is a nice change of pace.
14. Wolf Hall - Hilary Mantel
15. The Glance: Songs of Soul Meeting - Rumi16. The Screwtape Letters - C.S. Lewis
Rereads, but enjoyable.
19. Dave Barry's Only Travel Guide You'll Ever Need - Dave Barry Hilarious. My husband has had all these Dave Barry books on our shelves for years, and this is the first time I'm cracking one. I've been missing out. What a funny guy.
I'm not dead, I swear. just the mom of a toddler. 23. There's Nothing Wrong With You - Cheri Huber
I have several books "going" that I'm almost done with. not gonna hit 50 this year, but will hit 30. then it's time to just pick up and try again. ;)
26. Very British Problems- Rob Templeunder the wire, and I can at least say I got more than half way.

26 is still pretty good, especially for a parent of a young child! Congratulations!
