I wish I had a better memory of what I read in 2014, but off the top of my head: Agatha Christie's "Murder at the Vicarage," the first Miss Marple story; Paul Johnson's mini-biography of Winston Churchill; Rex Stout's "Murder by the Book," which continues my newfound love of Nero Wolfe and Archie Goodwin.
I'm sure I must have read something published (or set) in this century, but can't recall it at the moment!
