Hunters of Artemis (cabin #8) discussion

Here are several things you might want to know about the read-a-thons!

How long will it be? And how often?
It will always be one week long and I think we will approximately do one per month.

At what time does it start and end?
It starts at 00:00 and ends at 12:59 pm wherever you are on the day it starts and on the day it ends.

How does it work?
Basically, you will be in groups and you will record the number of pages (not books) you read during the chosen week. At the end of the week, we will have the totals of all groups and announce the winners.

Um... groups?
When the deadline for sign-ups is over, I will create groups with the same number of people in each (or approxiamtely) and you will be able to chat together about the amount of pages you read or really whatever you want. At the end of the week, a group leader will count the number of pages and put it at the end of the discussion of your group for me to then be able to compare the amount of pages of each group and announce the winners and ranking.

So it's a competition, right?
You should see it more as a challenge than a competition. The goal is not to be better than the others, it's to have fun and to once in a while try to read more to make your team win.
