I drew Mirabella from Three Dark Crowns...I think you have to turn up the brightness of your screen to really get any contrast though, since the color scheme is pretty dark.

Ooh! I remember that series. Though I only got to read the first one. I couldn't find the rest of the books. For some reason I remember her with short hair - though maybe that was her sister.

BTW, I'm planning to insert A WHOLE LOT OF KEEPER art, but I'm only done with two of the characters (Linh and Keefe at the moment) and I think I'll be doing something like one character a day.

I think all the things I've bought so far are art related. I got a nice new notebook, 8 Posca pens, Create This Book and Create This Book 2, New Watercolor Paintbrushes, and dry erase markers.
