I'm choosing this book because it was already on my to-read list for books that best represent each state of the USA. This one's for the state of Arkansas.

I just got this from the library. I have several other books in my queue ahead of this, but hoping to tackle it soon! Has been on my TBR list for a some time now.
Hm... I finished this yesterday, and honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The reading experience felt very choppy. Although there were some moments that the writing drew me in, those moments were too few. It didn't make me want to read the rest of the series.
