Where the Ranking Circles and the Moon Glow Tree are. The Moon Glow Tree is carved from ice, and 'blooms' globes of light that can be turned to adjust how bright they glow. IceWings typically hang out here.

"Queen Opal" Storm announced as Opal stood by the ranking circles, Opal looked at her brother, then at Coldfire, Solar, and Mavi. She looked disgusted when her eyes landed on Eclipse.

After what felt like hours Mavi found another Hybrid, a young girl chained by the neck. Her name was Noelle and she had no memory of her past only that she was suppose to meet another Hybrid of ice and sky like her. Mavi took her to the courtyard in response. For one of his kind she was very short. 'Noelle...why is that familiar?' Mavi thought.

(she wouldn't have survived my dude...)
"Solar Eclipse" she hissed. "I told you to never come back! Come here" Opal growled at him.

(oh...never mind then. in case you can't tell I'm still catching up since my first book was escaping peril)

Mavi hissed at Opal. for one of midium of hieght he found he was actually taller then most dragons depending on the kind. "Quiet you." He hissed. "If not for her I would most likely be dead." in his anger he snorted those ghostly blue flames. "Opal. Yes?" he hissed once more.

(Solar is a male)
"HE almost destroyed the Moon Glow Tree and The Ranking Circles! If it weren't for Coldfire Solar Eclipse would be dead and our things would be destroyed.." her black eyes glared at Sol as he sat beside Cold.

(XD got it. also Sol is on top of a mountain but he can feel your every move.)
Mavi shoves a letter in her mouth to shut her up. "A letter from queen amber of the Skywings. I was ordered to deliver it to you by the queen herself. And before you say a thing...watch your tongue around me...I survived Storms frost breath AND the queens fire." He glared at Opal then raised a eye brow. "I see sadness in your eyes...why?" he glanced closer. "Loss of a love one perhaps?"

(How does Solar poses such a power..)
"I am not sad" she hissed. "And I have an animus on my side" she growled humorously. "I can just have him kill you this instant." Opal looked back at Coldfire, whose gaze drifted beyond her and steadied as he said "Phoenix".

Mavi laughed "The queen said the same exact thing till both she and I found my scales are hard to break and my fire burns brighter then then sun." He said. "I sense...Morning in you....loss of a child? A love one? It's odd....I only sensed this once....and it was from amber." he mumbled. He out streatched his talon to Solar. "I never introduced myself proper...I'm Mavi. A servant of queen amber...I owe you a life debt." he said smiling warmly.

(again, no power play, scales can be melted by rainwing venom and lava, fire can't be as hot as lava, and cannot burn scales or large rocks)
Solar looked confused along with Opal. Opal killed her family and her only adopted daughter was Snowfire, which couldn't challenge her for the throne.

"if you can't tell M'lady...I can see...how do I put this....I can see how the heart really feels, so to speak." he turned to Opal. "Mavi, Mavi the wise as the queen titled me." His scales shined in the light, he then arranged his large wings to act like a cloak. "I'm no Animus dragon but." he pulls out a necklace made of several gems. "I am as crafty."

(btw its just a detail I don't mean it literally. I'll start adding stuff like "it felt like" if that works.)

Coldfire looked at Solar Eclipse. "Mavi, how did you make that.." Sol looked deeply into Mavi's eyes. (you can think it to, Solar and Asteroid can read minds). Asteroid walked into the courtyard and saw the "gathering" of dragons. "Wha-" Solar thought Mavi- this dragon Sol flicked his tail towards Mavi was found at the ice wall, Storm and him fought a bit, then Storm brought us back here. I'm afraid Queen Opal will make me go over there alone...

(how do you do that?) Mavi see the new face and smiles. "It took some time, a lot of reading, and mastery of my flame but I learned how to make some of the most beautiful jewelry." He smiled as he said this. "Here." he gives the necklace to Solar and gives a small silver amulet to Opal with a Opal in the center. "Consider these...gifts." he said as he grabbed a bracelet and gave it to Asteroid. "And this is for you. A bronze bracelet." he said smiling.

"I'm more confused now..." (Press reply, its shows on the side the <> and the "i" inside of it, and the last one is <> with "/i" inside just without the quotes)

trust me he thought this is a good luck charm. Opals is just for looks. I gave you something touched by a animus dragon. "I'm a artist in every since of the word. My mother, Storm, taught me how to draw and I found the others on my own for my ever growing quest for wisdom." he said with a small smile.

Asteroid and Solar looked at each other and then Coldfire finally spoke "Opal-" "Queen Opal" Storm hissed, Coldfire continued "Phoenix is here" Phoenix landed in a clearing of only snow, her bracelet wasn't on and she went beside Coldfire and Solar with her wings tucked tight, the snow she walked on was completely melted and so was some ice. "Queen Opal, Kestrel and Hawk wish to talk with you and Coldfire."

Mavi perked up at the name Kestrel. "Kestrel? sin't she-wait..no it's probably a different one. But...where Cold goes...I shall too...I owe both my life." he said as he kneeled before Opal. "As for you storm..."one of Mavi's eyes turned blood red as he said with a echoing voice. "HE shall be watching." as it turned back Mavi gave a odd expression, one of questioning. who was that? w-who am I?

(I am very confused...)
"No" Phoenix looked at Mavi. "Only Opal and Coldfire shall go." her scales steamed as she looked at him with a blank expression.

(basically Glacious can take control at random. don't ask how thats a spoiler) Mavi raised a eye brow "your steaming....are you...ok?" he asked. Is she ok? he thought hoping someone would answer. "Ether way tell Kestrel that the blue and white dragon want's to meet them in the courtyard. She might know who I am." he said laying down somewhere. "To tell you the truth...this is the first time I've came here without nearly dying. I'd like to take that chance to rest." Why does she remind me of Peril? Mavi thought as he looked into here eyes. "Hold up. Phoenix right? something about you is familiar...and I don't know why." he said as he began to look her over.

(Had to sweep my pool)
"I'm ok, I have firescales. And Kestrel doesn't want to meet you, ever... Mavi"
(brb, now I have to neuter my pet rock)

(K.) "Something about you...it's Familiar." he said as he began to circle her. Why does she remind me of peril? he thought. "you know for someone I just met...your quite familiar for some reason...have we met before?" he said still circling her. his curiosity peeked as he gazed at her.

“You met me when I was little, Coldfire had enchanted the ‘Sharing Fires’ object and it helped me and my twin, Koi, have normal fire. You helped me learn to fly”

I did? he thought. wow..I helped someone so beautiful...wait...why is my heart racing? he thought once more. "Ah yes I remember now. Sorry it's been awhile." he said trying to hide a blush from her. As he did he noticed a wound on his leg. "huh? how in the queens name did that get there?"

"I guess it has, Queen Opal, Prince Coldfire, please come.."

As Mavi tries to wrap his wound. he thinks to himself. why did my heart begin to race? I helped her when she was young but why now is it racing faster then ever before? "Blast this wrap." he said outloud. "For someone title "The wise" how is it I fail at even basic medicine?" he said with a angered hiss. He thought once more her eyes...why can't I stop thinking of her eyes? Calm yourself Mavi. Maybe it was because of the whether or something, yeah. he thought maybe it was the weather. After all Mavi was a half ice and not a full. Maybe it was the cold getting to him or something?

Solar Eclipse chuckled, “your in love Mavi”

Mavi tilted his head. "What's 'love'?" he said showing no sign of joking. I know it's different from how my mother thought of me but...what is it? he thought as he tried to wrap his wound but failed. "BLAST THIS PIECE OF CLOTH TO HELL!!" he roared out loud. Although wise Mavi was always bad at medicine. even something as simple as a cut he couldn't heal. It's why most of his scars are small ones.

Phoenix put her bracelet tied around her neck ad grabbed the cloth from Mavi. She wrapped it around his wound, "Watch and learn." she put one side of the cloth on his wound and put her thumb lightly on the cloth. She wrapped it gently but tightly and tucked the second end into one of the wraps.

Mavi watch with full attention however he still couldn't stop looking at those eyes those beautiful beautiful eyes. He forced himself to watch. "Funny isn't it? My title is 'the wise' yet I can't even heal my own wound." he sighed pitifully as he tried to hide his blush once again. "Thank you Phoenix. I'll try to remember that." he said with a smile. Almost instantly though He pulled out a large, hand drawn map. 'Pyriah' was read clearly on the back.

"Your welcome, now we have to go" she signaled to Opal and Coldfire.

He noded and once Phoenix was out of sight showed his blush not realizing it was there still and pulled out one of two pieces of paper. This one read 'Pyriah' on it as it was rolled up. He opened the paper to reveal a map with unbelievable detail. "Right...now I know I'm in the Icewing kingdom but looks like my map needs updating." he says as he ereases the previous queens name and replaces it with 'Opal'. "Right, now where the balzes should I head next since Amber set me free after this...hmm....Where's a place with a Libary?" he said grabbing what looked like a glass eye piece to see better.

"The Nightwing village has a library" Sol said shivering, "You can head there with me"

"No. I've already read every book, besides the story books, there a hundred times over." he says looking at the map still. "Although.....Tell me how much of the world have you seen?" he ask taking his eye's off the map. The light turning his deep blue scales almost a ocean blue.

"All of it, my family travels, I've been here many times, Queen Amber almost chopped my head off for how many times I go there, the Seawings hate me..." Sol trailed off as he looked out at the sky. "Everyone that has met me hates me, all except Coldfire.." he smiled and looked in the direction that they left. "Either way I'm cold, where do you wanna go?"

Mavi gave a look of mischive. "How about...You know what? Let's go to the nightwings. If your with me they won't even bother to attack you let alone hate you." he said with pride. "although that depends if you make or made Lupin angry..." he said thinking. "Or we could make a little chaos here. After all the queen seems to be...intereasting to say the least, and as for queen Amber and the head thing..twice for me." he said laughing.

He then realized he still has his blush. "Along the way I want to know more about this 'Love' thing. Deal?" he said giving you his talon to shake.

(You there?)

"Deal" Sol laughed, "Let's go make the Nightwings mad and make messes with some Rainwings, my best bud is a jokester, he's a Rainwing"

Mavi gave a small smile "Good. But for now..." Mavi looked to see what time it was. "I think it's getting kinda late and I don't know about you but I rather fly with some day light rather then in the dark." he said with a somewhat serious expression. "And I don't think they'll let us stay in the palace due to us being half and half..." he said going into a line of thought that sounded more like a jumbled argument then something Sol could understand.

"Well I'm not Icewing and I'll freeze, lets go somewhere and then make a fire!" Sol jumped into the air and flew.

"...OK then." Mavi said spreading his wings and shooting up with one flap, after grabbing the map of course, he scanned looking for a decent place to make camp. "Your really not gonna like this." he said. "The best place is back on the cliffs." he said as serious as possible.

"I know the best place." Solar Eclipse flew to a cave that had a bit of light coming from it. He walked in and a yellow Rainwing welcomed them "Hello Sol!" she smiled, a dark purple Nightwing with black legs and a black under-belly said "Who's your friend there?" "This is Mavi, Mavi, this is my parents, Lemon and Half-moon" Sol smiled happily.

Mavi gave a smile. "Hello. I'm Mavi. I'm actually a Hybrid. Part Ice and part sky. bet you don't see that every day?" he said folding his wings so he could fit and then found a place the lay down the map. Mavi tried to focus on where they were going but...one thing kept distracting him. Phoenix... he thought.

"The one thing I thought I'd never see was Coldfire and Asteroid" Lemon laughed. "Nightwings and Icewings have always been enemies, that changed when Dreamcreeper and Storm met I guess." Sol looked at Lemon and hissed "I know you're my mother but never mention that to Coldfire, he would be devastated!"

As soon as Mavi heard the word mother his cheerful yet playful smile faded into something more grim. Mother...where are you? he thought even then though Phoenix was still on his mind.

"Lemon, we've talked about this, Sol likes Coldfire and cares for him." Solar Eclipse blushed and turned pink as he spotted with red. "I DON'T LIKE HIM" he seemed embarrassed.

Mavi didn't notice and instead began to bring out scroll upon scroll, book upon book. "Now then..what do I need a refresher on?" he said looking through all his scrolls and books. "Ah. This might be useful. A history of nightwings." he mumbled as he began to read the book after putting the others, minus the map, away. However something made it hard to focus. "One moment please. I need to clear my head....." He said with a grim look on his face. "I'll be back." as he left he unfolded his massive wings and took off. why here? he thought. Why can't I get those eyes out of my mind. no matter what I see them. Why won't they leave? he thought once more.

(lets switch to a place in the Skywing kingdom, I'll find a place then tell you)

Asteroid, Solar Eclipse, Frostbite, and Coldfire stood at the center of the Courtyard. “Get in your pairs” Phoenix stood beside Asteroid and Frostbite slowly walked towards Sandstorm. Sol hugged Coldfire again as Cold pulled away and whispered something in Asteroid’s ear. Asteroid sighs and groaned “Next time Coldfire and Solar Eclipse have a private talk don’t eavesdrop, it as you all know, there won’t be a next time, so next time ANYONE has a private talk, don’t eavesdrop” he looked to Phoenix and said, first put your necklace on.
