The Academy for Goddesses and Gods discussion

This is a forest only accessible through the eyes of Gods and Goddesses. It is quaint, quiet place where people can go and soak in a mystical environment, or simply just for absolutely no reason at all.

Laavi, Robin, and Jacob came in from the fields, heading to three figures in the distance.

One of the three figures, the biggest one, seemed to be the boss. The other two stood on either side of his.

The biggest figure stayed in the shadows. "Where's the 4th girl?" he asked in a raspy voice. Laavi seemed to shrink back. Robin straightened nervously

Jacob stared the guy in the eyes. He was feeling angry. The other two guys were probably his bodyguards. They noticed Jacob's angry stare and got ready in case he attacked

Robin shifted a little. Laavi tried to look up at the three intimidating figures before her and slowly raised her eyes. She stood a little straighter, pulling the hood off her head and revealing her black shoulder-length hair.

The "boss" glared at the 3 kids, his gaze lingering on Laavi and Robin. "I asked where the last kid is," he repeated taking a slight but noticeable step forward.

Jacob formed fists in his hands. If he harmed a hair on either of his friends' head, Jacob would teach that guy a lesson he would never forget.

Robin sensed Jacob tense next to him and gave him a warning look. Laavi finally found the courage to look the "boss" in the eyes and stared him down. The boss was getting frustrated. "I asked where the child was!" Laavi took a deep breath, "She's somewhere" Technically, it was the truth.

Jacob saw the warning look in Robin's eyes and stayed where he was even though he felt like punching the lights out of this ' BOSS '

The "boss" took an irritated breath in and stepped towards Laavi, who was still staring him down. "You have a smart mouth and it might get your daddy in trouble" Laavi inhaled sharply, surprised. She looked at Robin who grimaced. Dad?

Jacob was shocked. This was why they wanted Laavi and Robin, they had their dad. But if they have him then why would they need the two half-siblings ?

Guys.... What is going on ? Amelia asked

Laavi ignored Jacob. She looked at the boss again. "Dad? What does he have to do with this?" Robin's gaze was fixed on a tree, he wouldn't dare to make eye contact with anyone, not even his sister. His dad was just a reminder that she wasn't his sister, she was his step-sister, just as Mom wasn't his mom, she was his step-mom. He answered Jacob's question, but even his mental voice was tinged with sadness. I... don't know

The boss chuckled. "He has everything to do with this"

The two guards seemed to be keeping an eye out. As if they were expecting something or someone. Something was not quite right, Jacob could feel it. An uneasy feeling

(( BTW. Amelia asked the question mentally not Jacob ))

Robin realized it was Amelia who had asked them a question. He really needed to snap out of it. The boss guy says dad has something to do with this he said nonchalantly.

Laavi looked at the boss, bewildered. "I-" she didn't know how to start or finish that sentence. She took a deep breath. All her life, her father had been just an idea, nothing real. And now here these guys were, acting like they had seen him.

The boss let out a hearty deep laugh. "Cat got your tongue smart mouth?"

" Shut up " Jacob muttered. He saw that his friends were distracted, disturbed and this guy standing in front of him was the reason.

(( Should the boss ask his minions to go find Amelia ? I want her to do some killing ))

Laavi eyes welled up. She wasn't sure why she felt like crying, she wasn't the type to cry much. She wiped the tears quickly so that no one would notice and looked at Robin.

He seemed troubled and distant. His brows were furrowed and he felt like screaming. He looked at Laavi and immediately away. He couldn't believe how the fact that he knew his dad was somewhere had instantly made him distant from his sister, no half-sister, even though she was right next to him.

The boss either didn't notice or didn't care for their disturbance. He looked at his minions, who were still standing there, "Go find the girl" his voice boomed. Laavi would've said something or warned Amelia, but she just looked down at her feet.

Jacob suddenly became alert Amelia, you might expect some unfriendly company He warned. She understood. As soon as the two ' bodyguards ' left, Jacob got ready to pounce on the boss. He was a really unpleasant and stupid, power-hungry idiot who needed to be punched in the face to regain his senses.

Laavi looked back up at the boss, but the confidence seemed to be replaced by fear. Robin inched away from his half-sister, who he had introduced as his sister his whole life. Laavi grimaced.

The boss seemed distracted as if he didn't care for the kids standing in front of him. He looked around. "The place is nice"

" It would be nicer if you weren't polluting the environment here with your stupid stinking attitude here " he muttered. he was mad. His two best friends who were siblings were now growing apart because of this..... He didn't know a word bad enough for him. He hoped Amelia was okay, if anything happened to these two then he could always use his time powers to escape.

Boss chuckled, "I see its not only the girl who has a smart mouth"

Laavi shuddered at her mention. Robin looked at Jacob, desperation in his eyes. He didn't want Jacob to do anything stupid and risk his safety.

He saw the desperation in Robin's eyes and decided to not do anything till they were threatened. But he never let his guard down. What he said next was inaudible, maybe for a very good reason because what he said was not something pleasant about the boss.

Laavi took a deep breath and looked at the boss again. "What do you want?" she asked, her voice quivering slightly.

((what does he want XD))

(( Them ? To threaten their dad. ))

Jacob looked at the boss, waiting for his answer.

((ok))

"I want you two," he gestured to Robin and Laavi, "to come with me"

Robin finally looked at him, confused. Laavi's face had a similar expression

Jacob's face looked so shocked you would think he had seen Medusa or the dead body of Linda again. " What do you mean ? " He growled.

"It's simple boy," the Boss guy looked impatient, "I need them to come with me"

Robin took a step back and nodded towards Jacob, hoping he would understand they needed to leave. Now. Laavi looked at Robin and then at Jacob. No! she said mentally, Don't, they're gonna hunt us down again anyway

You got a better idea ? If so then please enlighten us, quick ! he was ready to use his powers for escape as soon as Robin gave the signal. " Why ? " He asked

"None of your business," he spat.

Laavi took in a shuddering breath. We go with him Robin finally looked at her.

" Well if my friends are in this then it IS my business " You are absolutely mental !

"It's family business not friends business"

Laavi snickered despite herself at what Jacob had said. Fine. I'm going, but Robin is staying And before Robin could say anything she spoke up. "Okay, I'll go"

Robin stared at her bewildered, he really wanted to say something but seemed to freeze.

Jacob was shocked " Laavi ?!?! Seriously !?!? " He should have trusted the feeling and not come here.

She ignored him and looked up at the Boss, some of her previous confidence returning. She would do anything to save her friends, and more importantly, her brother. "Like I said, I'll go, but only if Robin stays and you don't touch any of them"

Robin looked at her appalled. Here he was doubting that they were siblings while she was risking her life for him. He didn't say anything, this was too much. "Laavi, please don't," he finally whispered.

The boss chuckled, "Negotiating, are we? I'll take you up on that offer"

Laavi squinted at him. "Liar," she seethed.

Jacob looked at Robin like, Is she serious !

Robin seemed more interested in what Laavi had just said, "Liar?" he repeated it as a question. Laavi took a step forward. "You were planning something weren't you?"

He smirked and rolled his eyes, "Goddess of Truth, right"

Jacob's eyes were so angry that it could even scare the strongest of men.

Spirit was running towards them. He had been told by Amelia to come to them. He sensed someone else, someone unfriendly.

"Promise me you won't touch a hair on their heads and then I'll go with you," Laavi's voice was laced with malice. Robin looked up at his sister, she had never been so angry. He took a step forward and put a hand on her shoulder, trying to calm her down. She relaxed slightly but was still staring at the Boss.

((do you wanna play the boss for a while?))

" I promise, but if this turns out to be trick then it might not be good for your friend. " He warned. He looked in the direction of the school " Why are those fools taking so much time to capture a child ? "

Amelia watched, carefully hidden from view. Spirit beside. She sent him ahead and he stood beside Jacob. Ready to pounce

Laavi's posture seemed to relax visibly. He wasn't lying. "You've got yourself a deal, and remember, not a hair on their heads will be touched"

Robin's mouth was agape. He couldn't believe he had let that happen. "Laavi!" he exclaimed.

Robin ! Laavi ! Jacob ! What is happening ! her voice was louder and clearer.

He smiled, but it was a cold smile. He made a quick call and within minutes two more of his goons and pushed Laavi into a black van

Laavi smiled reassuringly at Robin before getting in, but he was still rooted to his spot. She was sure she had made the right decision. She sighed.

Robin was staring at the van. He couldn't seem to do anything.

Amelia ran out of her hiding spot. " What is going on ! "

The boss ignored her and got in. Amelia, Robin and Jacob could only watch as the van went further away from them. " Atleast all hope is not lost " Amelia muttered trying to reassure herself

Robin finally seemed to snap out of his trance. He was a mess. There were tears in his eyes but he was also fuming. "She's gone! And I let her do it!" he was practically yelling in the forest, his voice booming. He looked at his two friends, despair was written all over his face.

" We can still find her. Get her back. So calm down okay ? " She said. She wasn't crying as she had made her backup plan and it had worked. Atleast she hoped it had.

Jacob looked at her, confused. " How ? "

Robin didn't calm down. He did the exact opposite. He collapsed on the ground. "No we can't, she's gone because I was too selfish to do anything" His face was in his hands and he was leaning against a tree.

" Dude ! I can track your sister ! If you want to find her then meet me in my room ! I do need to clear up some dead bodies . " She walked to her dorm

Jacob looked from Amelia to Robin
