The small ice-cream parlor seems to be inviting students to constantly enter the store, and you will be greeted by Mel, or better known as Aunt Mel, as she would like to be called. No one really knows what her real name is, but that doesn't matter, or does it? Even though she is usually a sweet old lady, whenever someone asks about her real name, Aunt Mel seems to get dangerously angry, to the point where she would threaten unimaginable things. She sells both ice-cream and newspapers, that tells you about the happenings within the school, and also the mortal world. That's why she called it "What's the Scoop", since it is a place where everyone can get a sweet treat, and at the same time get caught up with the latest updates.
