I have loved the Lynn Austin books that I have read, but I have not yet gotten around to the ones you mentioned. Thank you for the recommendation!I am just going to throw out "The Bridge to Belle Island" by Julie Klassen. I just finished it and it was a keeper! Not preachy, mysterious, clean and a thoroughly good plot with engaging, realistic characters.
Hi,I also prefer clean, but not 'PREACHY' reads, so you may be happy with my groups, bookshelves and listopia lists~Clean,Non Religious-Reads

Both of my books are clean and have an underlying Christian message without being too heavy. Targeted for middle grades but HS and adults love my books too! My first book, A Ripple in Maggie Pond(2019) is a great story about friendship that comes out of the most dramatic circumstance. It's packed with drama and really neat for that "avid reader" (the characters LOVE books)! One character makes a life-changing decision by way of a blue canoe! My second book (just released last week!), Ribbon on the Willow is a great story that has tons of exciting events for four friends. A fantastic message, too about one of the characters encountered a game-changer event through an unusual challenge. You've jot got to read it!
It is my mission to write clean books, while at the same time not watering down the story.
My author's website is jodycleven.com. It tells more about me and the books, and even has my blog. I hope you give them a try! Enjoy! -Jody Jody Cleven

My books are written from a Christian worldview and mention church, prayer, etc. but are not "preachy." I write G-PG romance and romantic comedy.
Taco Truck Takedown
Side Hustle: Schooled on Love – Book 1
No Time for Traditions
Thanks for sharing! I look forward to reading them! Would you say they are appealing and appropriate for teens as well? I teen daughters who are avid readers and I am always reading ahead of them. It is hard to find stuff they enjoy that is clean
Might be. They aren't YA, but contain nothing that would be inappropriate for her. My books focus more on emotions than the physical and only have the characters kiss.Below is a link to the Taco book (series prequel) I set up for free to my reviewers. You're welcome to download it to test the series for free (review not necessary).

The Safe Lands by Jill Williamson. The Delusion by Laura Gallier. The rest are sorta preachy. From what I’ve read anyway.
My readers and reviewers have found my novel, clean and refreshing. Enjoying the love, faith, family, and fellowship in my Christian Fiction Romance novel, as well as the added adventure of finding ones fame through the eyes of the Lord.Hollywood is Not Home

Self-promotion here - all my books are clean and wholesome. I write suspense and romantic suspense. They are short reads, so you are not kept up all night. I have 5 books out in the series "A Southern Railway" and another stand alone book. Give them a try. Available on Amazon and are in Kindle Unlimited. Brenda D. Williams, author

Redirection: A Catalina Bison Ice Hockey Novel (A Clean Sports Romance)
Hello! My book - ‘I Have A Secret I Must Tell’ fits this bill I have been told.
Iziegbe - Patience is a virtue, but how much is too much?
Tireni - Ashamed and ridden with guilt, she must lose her way to find herself.
Noruwa and Osayi - Praying for the sound of young laughter - but will they ever dance to that tune?
Choices that make and break, with twists and turns that force lives to follow suit.
The fabric of destiny is made up of more than one thread.
Three generations.
Many people.
One story
And a Secret that must be told...

Books include “Candle in the Darkness”, “Fire by Night” and “A Light to my Path” -These are three separate tales that are lightly woven together and take place during the Civil War. I can’t say enough about this trilogy. This books truly captured my heart. I laughed, cried, cheered, ached and loved these characters. I still think of them often.
