Have to recommend New Kid by Jerry Craft for this! I recently read it and it is so good. It's a story for kids about a boy who starts at a new school where there is very little diversity and his struggles to fit in. It won the Newberry Medal this year and is also nominated for an Eisner.
As another reviewer of the book put it, "Blisteringly honest with a respect for young readers that is sadly uncommon, Jerry Craft has created something revolutionary" - couldn't agree more!

I think all of the Wonder Comics line is intended for all ages, so I think you're good.
I nominate The Stonekeeper.I just started reading this series this year and it's great! Made it through the first four volumes so far. The only thing slowing me down is the wait list at the library.
Since there haven't been too many nominations, I want to mention a couple other books that might fit the category that I enjoyed. Mighty Jack is a fairy tale based series by the same author that wrote Zita the Spacegirl. Both are good. One Dead Spy is the first in the Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales series. These are historical comics with some humor thrown in to lighten up some of the more serious content. Well researched and definitely worth checking out. Plus, they don't need to be read in order. This first one is a good place to start because there is a frame narrative throughout and it introduces the characters in that part of the book. Finally, Delilah Dirk and the Turkish Lieutenant. This one might not technically fit as all ages, but it is the sort of swashbuckling adventure book that I would have loved to have read as a kid (and still enjoy reading now). Delilah Dirk reminds me of Indiana Jones in some ways.
I'd like to read Lumberjanes/Gotham Academy Vol. 1, as a fan off both titles stand alone stories I'd be interested to see how they work together.

This month's theme is "all ages."
Titles nominated this month must fit into an all ages category, perhaps something you wish you had as a kid! If you have any questions or concerns, please send a message to mod Kait, who is happy to help. You can find the complete 2020 theme calendar here.
Remember:
- Manga nominations are welcome.
- Nominated titles must be TPB comics or original graphic novels, but not omnibuses.
- Only the first volume of a series may be nominated, unless the group has already read the previous volume(s) as a book of the month. To see what we've read, check out our group's Book of the Month bookshelf.
- Nominated titles cannot have the same writer as the previous month's BotM winner. This month, that's Joel Christian Gill.
- Nominated titles must fit the month's theme. To see past and upcoming themes, check out the 2018 theme calendar, 2019 theme calendar, and 2020 theme calendar.
- Only one nomination per person.
- You can "second" a nomination in place of nominating a different book, but this will count as your nomination for the month. Seconded books will receive an additional chance of being selected in the randomization process.
- If a title you nominate wins BotM, please refrain from nominating another title for one month to give others a chance.
