I dont know. We arent in that many groups so I guess it will just take time. But I am very loyal and I am willing to help with anything I can.

How would you deal with a fight?
I would ask them to please stop and then have them PM me and tell me what's wrong and see if I can help them solve things. And if they aren't ok with PMing me then I would ask them to Please explain what happened and why they are arguing.

How would you come to an agreement?
I would first figure out what happened and if its something I cant solve on my own I would ask the other mods for help. I would find a compromise.

How do you feel about being a mod?
Really good. I am very comfortable being a MOD and I am a MOD in a lot of very active and large groups and I am very good at helping.

How do you feel about socialization?
Very good I am very talkative and I have a lot of fun talking to other people and RPing with others. I dont have a very hard time talking to people.

I would learn both sides of the story, find out why there fighting, talk with the other mods and then talk to the people.

How would you come to an agreement?
I would compromise so that they both are happy.

How do you feel about being a mod?
I feel fine, honestly with how much groups have been dying I don't have many things to do.

How do you feel about socialization?
I'm very much and introvert o-o but I can talk easily through online because, I don't know I guess I just have more confidence.

I don't have a schedule set in stone but I'm on most of the day, even on holidays.

You never pick a side as a moderator. Thats the worst thing you can do. You seperate the fight, try to settle it. Not egg it on.

What are your experiences as a leader: Well, I've been moderating on Goodreads for around eight or nine years now, and quite a few groups I was made a moderator without me applying... So I'm assuming I'm doing something right? xD I've got a bit more for this, but it's 11pm rn, so...my memory is more dead that usual...
How you can trust me: Uhhhh... I'm not really sure? I don't exactly trust myself. ;u; I guess you just kinda have to know me overtime? Best way to do that is to get me in a brand new group, barely started. Fresh. Barely any characters yet. I'm at my most comfortable when I get to know most of the members when they first join. If there's like, fifteen members when I join, I'm sooooooo awkward and quiet... ha, just like me irl-
Why should you choose me: My capabilities:
- Organization (To the point it can be a fault-)
- Strict with rules (Some of y'all can definitely vouch for this. xD )
- I'm normally quite friendly. You can tell by my wordings. uwu
- I'm extremely serious when I'm told to be.

How do you settle arguments: Ahh, yes. This is a difficult one for ones who have a hard time keeping a level mind. I'll do it in steps of how I've always done things:

1. Make sure I'm in the right mental and emotional position for something like this. If yes, continue to "2." If no, continue to "4."

2. Read or ask for what exactly happened. Get all sides of the story.
3. Try to find the middle, somewhere everyone can agree upon the matter.
4. If I have personal experience on the matter, I'll probably share it (Hopefully not in detail), just to give insight that I've been through it before.
5. Hopefully that's the end of the argument. If it continues... I've got no idea what to do.
6. If that sharing of personal experience is insulted or disrespected in any way, please view "9."

7. (When I'm not okay) My temper varies. I will either be calm, be childish and handle things badly, or out right a cruel-hearted bitch.
8. I'll warn people ahead of time to be careful with how they speak to me when my stress is starting to peak. Take the warning into full consideration, please, especially if you haven't seen what I'm truly like. It's not often I show my real self, the cruel part, and that's how I like to keep it so I don't lose anyone close to me. Some of you guys are my best friends. I don't want to hurt you...

9. Don't fucking taunt me when stress is starting to get bad for me. My words can be devastatingly hurtful, and I'll never be sorry. Those were my feelings on the matter, and you obviously hurt me in a way. I send the pain straight fucking back. Don't make an enemy out of me. You'll truly regret it.

Misc.: I come with actual warnings:
- Stress makes me very emotional and easy to hurt. If you hurt me, I'll send that pain right back, sometimes worse than I intend it to be. I have no control over myself when I get to this point.
- I have a bad time sensing sarcasm. I can take things very seriously, and depending how it's worded, personally.
- Disrespect to any of my characters is the best way to piss me off. Each one of them has a piece of myself in there somewhere. Asura Daevan, especially. Nearly every part of his personality is who I truly am on the inside.
- I can be a dumbass when I'm at a certain level of tired. Please bare with my stupidity and incompetence. ;u;
- If you've hurt a close friend of mine, I'm going to be very passive-aggressive with you, and you'll lack my trust. Depending on the severity, my friendliness to you might just be fake.
