Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly because it's so underappreciated and more people need to know about it

Annie on My Mind by Nancy Garden

All Out: No Longer Secret Stories of Queer Teens throughout the Ages and Out Now: Queer We Go Again, edited by Saundra Mitchell

A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursala K. Le Guin

(Just saying, most of these will have a teensy bit of romance in them)
1. One of Us Is Lying and One of Us Is Next (Karen M. McManus)
2. The Disappearance of Sloane Sullivan (Gia Cribbs)
3. Lies You Never Told Me (Jennifer Donaldson)
4. The Body Finder series (Kinberly Derting) (4 books)
5. The Naturals series (Jennifer Lynn Barnes) (4.5 books)
6. Nearly Gone and Nearly Found (Elle Cosimano)
7. Find Me series (Romerly Bernard) (3 books)
8. The Death House (Sarah Pinborough) (This is really sad and cried LOADS in it, I don't normally cry at books)
9. The Black Angel Chronicles series (Kristen Orlando) (First books is You Don't Know My Name)
10. Dare You to Lie (Amber Lynn Natusch) (2nd books is Don't Say a Word)
I also suggest any books by Sue Wallman, Natalie D. Richards and Sophie McKenzie.

message 10: by Felix (new)

Felix Well, if you warn people that your recommendations mostly have a teensy bit of romance in them, it's only fair if I warn everyone that basically all my recommendations are very romance-heavy.

Felix I'm glad someone enjoyed The Priory of the Orange Tree; personally I found it underwhelming and forgettable, but I probably just wasn't the intended audience.

Domitylle (can only update books rn. sorry) (dom_brlw) | 9 comments I recommend anything by Rick Riordan!
But the must of musts are Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus!!!

Phoenix (Books with Wings) Helllllo people.
I don't know if this is self-promo or just promo or what. But the ideas topic said I could promote in this topic. So.
There's a book.
Wait no that's not the right way to start it.
There's a giveaway.
There that's better.
Aaaanyways. I am doing a giveaway on my blog for the YA fantasy novel "the deception" by SK Way.
Having read The Deception myself, I can promise that it's an amazing book! Please check it out and consider entering the giveaway and/or following my blog for more amazing posts! Use this link to check it out!

Also, I'm gonna apologize right now for advertising, I know it's probably frowned upon, but I want to give the authors who wrote this book the best chance they have, as they are self-published authors and may not get the most publicity. Plus it's a great book. Plus it's a free book? I'm literally guiding you to a place to get a free book. So I guess it's advertising? But like...free book.
Anyways.
Phoenix out.
