yes the writing is great but a bit difficult for me sometimes (because english isn’t my mother tongue)

but I finished the book yesterday

the characters were so amazing and I loved all of them. Especially the relationship between Inej and Kaz was my favorite. I loved their angst and the lack of romance.
If not anything else, I would read Crooked Kingdom just to know more of this group!!

like you I loooved the characters, maybe I prefer the relationship with Nina and Matthias (love, hate, revenge etc)
i hope Kaz has a good plan for the next book!

and again at the beginning of the book it was a bit hard to understand and see Ketterdam’s world for me bc english my mother tongue and sometimes the writing was a bit hard to understand..
