I’m guessing because it’s relatable, it reminds you of someone you know irl or it’s stuff that can happen, and curiosity forever kills that cat. @becca go easy on us pleaseeee, my weekends are usually free for torture (the good kind of course) lol.😉🙃
Becca da wrote: "Why do fantasy books take me forever to finish but i can zoom right through contemporaries?"Ugh literally
I'm actually on page 130 (sorry I read ahead), anyway I might not be able to read more this weekend.

SPOILER:
My thoughts on...
*Leslie's chapter~ WOW! That was pretty intense! I love how sassy A was as Leslie! You go gurlll/guyyyy!! YASSSS!
*Skylar's chapter~Eh. Brief. Basic. Typical soccer player.
*Amy's chapter~I feel so sad that A can basically never be with R. :( I like how A portrayed Amy's "character."
"Kindness connects to who you are, while niceness connects to how you want to be seen."
~Every Day
This book is unpredictable. (for me, at least)

I think this schedule it’s doable. Also, the girl Kelsea Cook on Day 6005, my heart really felt deeply for her. I’d love to read a novel (at a later date) that truly depicts how mental illness impacts ones life.
Thanks for choosing this Becca.
I agree! (You're welcome)
Ever since I saw the movie, I wanted to read the book! I also want to get into more mental health books...

I finished it last week, sorry I didn't come here to discuss. It was really good! Of course, I flipping cried at the end, but it'll be it. I don't what to say!!! It all clicked because I watched the movie, but the book was SO. MUCH. BETTTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could, I’d watch it with you lol. Maybe one day we can zoom a book that’s been adapted to film.

Anyways...we can discuss Every Day by David Levithan here on August 6th!
