Random question: Is that by any chance, that book is related to the movie Moonlight? Or the philosophy itself behind black boys looking blue by night?

The author mentions Moonlight in passing but says that the color blue has significance in other ways, such as (view spoiler).

Jared Ledesma Reading Lot and The Last Romeo. Lot is incredible storytelling and unabashedly offers a hard glimpse into the life of a queer POC growing up in Houston.

Bill | 466 comments I started Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein while my power was out for a few days following the recent tropical storm, then I put it aside. Now it's time to get into it.

Tom (tmasters321) | 1 comments I’ve just finished A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara. It’s an incredible piece of writing. I found the story difficult in that there seems to be tragedy upon tragedy in the main characters life. I’m left with a lot of wondering. The author’s craftsmanship though is what kept me reading it.
