Ooh I vote for Poison Princess (The Arcana Chronicles #1) by Kresley Cole! I've been meaning to reread it and it's so fun! It's fantasy and dystopian based off of Tarot cards.

It is sci-fi but also falls into the dystopian category too I think. Like how Cinder is dystopian too but falls into the fantasy category as well.
