Introduce yourself!

Hi all. I'm a new children's author. I had two books published in December—Genny Faces the Green Knight and I'm Not Very Good At It.
I'm looking forward to connecting with other authors. I am especially keen to meet some illustrators and see their work.

Hello! I'm new, and yet not new, at writing (not illustrating) picture books. I wrote my first MS in 1991, while pregnant with my older daughter, and wrote quite a few more thereafter. I had an agent for a while, and then put my unpublished MSS aside. In the years since, I started writing and publishing novels, plus a couple of stories. Self-publishing has finally gotten to the point where I consider it feasible to publish picture books -- and I'm now talking to illustrators!
