@ Kirsten- I am starting part 4 Seeing is believing-chapter 34. How are you coming along? Are you enjoying it? It sure is keeping me wanting to know what's going to happen next.

Yes, it has a great pace! It has a Stranger Things vibe. I'm really liking it complete with the crazy lady in the nursing home. Poor Mary Katherine!

So am I. I'm on Chapter 45. I've not read that much today. I will try to read more tonight and tomorrow.

I'm in the middle of 46 --- boy things are getting crazy.

I'm starting Chapter 49. Yes they are. but I like it that's what keeps me going wanting to know what's next.

I'm up to chapter 64 and it is getting really intense. I really want to know what is going on. Is the hissing woman really the enemy? Or is the nice man playing Chris for a fool? It's crazy.

I want to know who the little girl with the painted fingernails is...is it the sheriff's daughter or Emily Bertovich?

That's what I was thinking also.. I'm starting Chapter 69....I will also be starting a new job in the morning so I will read as much as I can and discuss with u on here like we are already doing...BTW, have you read The Huntress by Kate Quinn yet? If not would you like to read it next with me?

I only got to Chapter 72 last night had start my new job this morning. It went well..so I will read more today.

Up to Chapter 88, it is getting really, really intense. It's moved from a Stranger Things vibe to more of a Stephen King vibe.

To me it's more like The Outsider by Stephen King. Yes, things are getting more weird. Now everything is being flipped once again it seems like.
I can't wait to see what happens.

Yes, I can see the Outsider in it too. The whole town has been turned against itself. I'm up to Part VI (page 572). One of my suspicions proved true. I may need a day in a spa to recover from this book.

Is the nice man pulling Christopher into a trap...it sure seems like he is.

He always seems so suspicious.... I feel so sorry for Ms Lasko and Mrs Henderson. They sure picked the wrong school district.
