Growing up in a poor family wasn't easy for Marie. Being an Air Elemental, she could manipulate small amounts of air around her, helping her maneuver anything easily. However, one as talented as her couldn't hide behind a maid's uniform forever. True, she had been sold off since young to the palace as a maid where she worked furiously day by day. Days passed and she grew to love her job whole-heartedly though she sometimes missed her shabby home. The palace was just too luxurious. Too proper for her liking but she did everything without complaint.

Sweet and kind, Marie is the kind of maid anyone would love to have. Without asking her, she would ensure your comfort impeccably, doing her best for your sake. She doesn't rebel, doesn't whine because life isn't as smooth as she had hoped for, Instead, she endured the obstacles presented to her willingly. She had the hope that everything could still change. She was an angel hidden behind the baggy clothes, an angel that could shine as brightly as a princess but choosing to remain modest. She is the pair of hands that will work non stop, the swift warm smile that would cheer you up, the kind chatty soul that would have you laugh at her innocence.

Marie doesn't care about status, royalty and powers. To her, everyone is the same, no matter who they are. She is a firm believer in equality and would do anything to uphold her principles. A ray of sunshine in darkness, she is truly one to cherish forever.

Personality: Eadlyn is the Royal Advisor, and she makes sure everyone knows that. She’s ten times smarter than the average sixteen-year-old and always very well dressed. She never leaves the room without important documents with her. She is a little snobbish and blunt, but she’s always willing to lend a helping hand, with a few criticizing comments.
History: Eadlyn grew up in the palace with her parentsand little sister. When her tutor noticed she was extremely smart, he put her up for the job of Royal Advisor. From this day on, she helps the Royal Familiy.

History: Parents both died when she was 9. Her twin brother ran away the next day out of fear. She lived in her own for 8 years. She came apart of a local fencing club and found her talent with swords. Someone from the palace spotted her skills and asked her to be a guard. She then was ranked up to Head of the Guards. She guesses that it makes her maybe a bit arrogant in a way, but she’ll never be apologetic for knowing her self-worth and the to be treasured self-worth of others. They won't be the most open or extroverted person you’ll ever meet but gain her trust and they’ll be almost like an older sibling, not letting a single person lay a finger on you if she can help it. They prefer the shadows, the element of surprise, and tactics like that, believing that there is always a better way than full-on confrontation. They are a water elemental but have concealed it, wanting to be like a normal, no power having guard. They’re also very very addicted to coffee and can’t go a day without an absurd amount of it 🤣
Background)) They were raised by her much older cousin with her younger brother because of both her parents being in the military and stationed in another nation. Ever since she was a little kid that's all they wanted to be; just like their parents. Oli’s father actually died on duty, and because of that, her mother came back retired. Not going to lie, she is wary and skeptical of her having not seen her in quite a bit of time, but Oli’s mother is still their mother, even though she’s been a little weird since Oli told their mother of their being bi-gender. She doesn't talk about her family to anyone really. It's one of the many subjects she’s EXTREMELY protective about, along with the friends she had in the past who died on duty as well.

Her mother gave birth to her sister a few months after her father passed away so her sister never met their father. Her mother worked in a shop but she only made enough to get by. When Ella was offered a job to work in the castle as a maid for one of the selected girls she gladly excepted so that she could make money for her family.

Personality: grey is kind and caring and sarcastic but when it comes to his job and protecting the royals he is serious and fierce and a real force to be reckoned with. He is very smart and loves the game chess. He doesn’t like to kill unless it’s absolutely necessary.
Family/history: Grey grew up on a farm with his two parents and his little sister Farley he was happy there but when his father saw how good Grey was with a sword and daggers he immediately sent him into training for the army or to be a guard at the palace. Sadly Grey had been in the Army for about four years before being transferred into the palace as a guard. Where he serves and protects the Royals.

Personality: Very quiet, but outgoing and positive once you get to know her.

Family: She never met them; she was born in the palace, and her family left quickly afterwards. A kitchen worker, David Boot, raised her along with his two children, Max and Emily Boot. They are the family that she has.

History: Living in the palace with her brother, sister, and dad, she worked in the kitchen from the age of six years old. When she grew to be a teenager, though, her family realized she would be very pretty, and presented her to the head maid. The head maid trained her, and she started working at 14.

History: He became a guard with his best friend when he decided he wanted to do so at the age of sixteen. He befriended nearly everyone and got promoted quickly. He could have become a member of the royal guard, but didn't want the responsibility, so he stayed just a normal member of the guard. His senior officers are very kind with his rotations, though. He is very good with a sword, and does tricks sometimes to amuse his friends.

Ronna grew up in a small village at the base of a volcano. As a child, she loved climbing up the side of the volcano and looking down on her village, enjoying the peace and quiet. She lived in a small house with her parents, three sisters, and two brothers. She was always competing with her siblings for the attention of her parents, which turned to competitions of physical feats as she aged. She and her siblings often held climbing races or sparring matches between themselves, and Ronna was often the victor. When she was 15 the military took notice of her and sent her to a training camp. She resented the military for separating her from her family and her home, but followed orders and trained hard because if she had to be a soldier, she would be the best. She never got along well with the authority figures, and was often in trouble for fighting with her peers. By the time she was 18 and old enough to be a soldier, she was one of the highest ranked trainees at the camp and one of the least liked. Her superiors decided that she would be a better fit in the palace than on the battlefield just so they didn’t have to deal with her anymore. She was chosen to join the royal guard and is currently watching the selection take place is abject boredom.

History: Analise left the house with her sister at 16. (sister is 19). With their drunk father, they already planned to leave, but in his fit, he killed their mother. It was a cold, night. She could not take much with her. A few pairs of clothes...some food. Annalise and her sister found a small abandoned building. The two sought out jobs, her sister a bakers apprentice, yet the only job Annalise could find was a maid. Busy work was all she needed. It was all she had.
Personality: Annalise is very pessimistic. She can be very anxious and disorganized. At times she can be impulsive. She can be a bit reserved, but not most of the time. She is very clumsy and often bangs into things, falls, trips on air, etc...

Katrina grew up around elementals. Her mother's power was fire, father's power was earth, older brother's power was earth, and her sister's power was fire. She was the only one not born with powers. Because of it, she doesn't have many friends. No, she has no friends. She took up a job at the palace, working as a maid because she thought it would be the best place to keep some dignity. She didn't have to be a lowly trash collector. But, even as a maid, no one really noticed her. She was invisible. The invisible maid with no powers.

"Come on, Kat." Her older brother rounded on her. "You've got powers hiding in there somewhere." He poked her in the side.
"Jared, stop," Katrina said, stepping away from him. "I don't have powers, you know that."
Her older sister's laugh echoed through the dark alleyway. Rattling the drainage pipes. "Oh, you've humiliated our family long enough, Katrina." She spat Katrina's name like poison. "You've got powers, you're just hiding them."
Katrina could barely hold in her anger. She had told her siblings and parents on multiple occasions that she didn't have an element. It wasn't her fault that she wasn't powerful. Was it?
"Please, Marina," Katrina said, pushing some of her brown hair away from her face.
"You've been humiliating our family, Kat," Jared said. "You're the kid without an element. You're the problem."
"Oh, the powerless baby's gonna cry." Marina sneered. "Stop embarrassing us."
Katrina scowled. "I'm not a baby." And she wasn't. She was twelve. But that didn't keep her from backing away from her older siblings. She was powerless, though. Powerless as a pebble on the sidewalk. Everyone kicks the pebble, it's too powerless to do anything about it.
"Rattle the earth, Kat. Let's see the flames. Blow me off my feet, drown us." Jared folded his arms. "If you can't, we'll just have to make you."
Katrina's eyes widened in fear.
"Oh, I like that idea." Marina took a step closer. Flames danced on her fingertips, illuminating the alley. "Use your powers, baby. Or I'm gonna use mine."
The flames raced up Kat's arms, and she screamed. But, like the pebble, she was powerless.

Personality: brave, and willing to help his friends. Despite most fire users link is quite cool and quiet , and allways keeps his temper in controll.
Link is a young teen who hails from the fire kingdom. The people of the fire Kingdom are known for their agility and quick reflexes, and Link is no exception.


When Link’s parents were killed in a freak lightning storm, he was taken in by the local blacksmith. The blacksmith saw potential in Link and gifted him with black robes that had silver lining. The robes were lightweight and allowed for easy movement, making them perfect for combat.

One day, while working in the blacksmith’s shop, Link overheard a conversation between the blacksmith and the king’s advisor. They were discussing a recent string of attacks on the kingdom by an unknown enemy. The advisor suggested that they needed someone to infiltrate the enemy’s ranks and gather information.

The blacksmith immediately thought of Link. He knew that Link was a skilled warrior and had a talent for blending in with his surroundings. He suggested to the advisor that they recruit Link as a spy.

The advisor was skeptical at first, but after seeing Link’s skills in action, he agreed to give him a chance. He introduced Link to the king, who was impressed by his bravery and skill. The king offered Link a position as a spy, and Link accepted.

Determined to be prepared for any situation, Link decided to craft his own sword out of a meteorite that had fallen from the sky right when he was taken under the blacksmith’s wing. The sword was unlike any other weapon in existence - it glowed with an otherworldly light and hummed with power. He called it dark steel. and thus the story of link begins
