The fact I had to watch a video to understand the spreadsheet scared me ;)
Although my hubby thinks I LOVE spreadsheets...
Louise wrote: "Best go and read the rules 😂"You may have to translate Louise...I may need help! Although the first week of any of these challenges is a little tough and then it all becomes clear :D

I need to watch that spreadsheet video. Do we need a restaurant name and I guess in the next week or so should start figuring out strategy if there is one maybe. Early morning pre-coffee thoughts by Stacie...
I know what you mean. I read the rules and watched the video but still looks like a lot to keep up with.
Looks like we’ll have to do some planning and maybe adding another tab to the spreadsheet to capture planning combinations?
So yeah, we're going to need a restaurant name and a brief description. We'll also need meal descriptions once we complete them. This is just what I get from looking at the spreadsheet, I haven't watched the video yet.We should maybe add a tab to the SS for planning purposes.
I’m going to spend some time on this later today. I think I get it. Just need to make sure. From what I can work out how many times we use our book is dependent on its length and how we use it is dependent on the length of the word.
So glad you are feeling like it's making sense Louise! I can access the spreadsheet. I've seen some other teams practicing using the SS..I may do that...
I’ve added some test books to the spreadsheet and had a play. I’ve added an extra column to the books read sheet to track spell-it outs. It seems our highest points come from Sandwiches and Fish and Chips.
Although we need to make sure to have some frozen foods and desserts for the teens.
For Spell-it outs we’re limited by the maximum number of items so if we wanted a peanut butter sandwich we would need to scavenge it whereas we can Spell a vegemite sandwich.
The front sheet auto tracks options used and options available which is good.
I did watch 30secs of the video but I don’t think it’s needed.
Description idea:YOU PROBABLY WON'T READ THIS
Food For Thought's fresh-from-the-stacks menu and funky, mid-century Historical Fiction details have earned it a Horror cult following. Not just a restaurant, Food For Thought is a neighborhood nexus and sensory Book overload ... served with a spoonful of Romance. Think: Mystrey/Thrillers, bright-AF Fictional cocktails, Non-Fiction architecture, and offbeat Fantasy finds. Word! Eclectic is an understatement. But so is this: It’s sure to whet your literary appetite.
Is Lettuce Read the Resturante name, or do we still need to come up with that? I wasnt sure which was why i just but Name? On it
It can be, I don't think we officially decided that. My thought was Food For Thought as a restaurant name.
Awesome description Abbie, you are always so creative! And terrific restaurant name Stacie!
Looks like we are moving along now.

Don't forget you can't start it until after the challenge starts on 7/19
So we get more points for fish and chips with vinegar...I have about 10 books with vinegar :DAlso, we can swap customers if we do the BOM!
