Dana (danka83) I have the same challenge since 2012 - 24 books seems easy. But unfortunately I only completed the challenge in 2012, last two ears I failed. Hopefully this year will be successful.

I am currently reading 3 books, Suttree, The Honey Badger and F. L. Věk: Obraz z dob našeho národního probuzení

I will keep the list of books here:

1. The Honey Badger by Robert Ruark - Czech translation - finished on 19th February
2. The Stepford Wives by Ira Levin - Czech translation - finished on 26th February
3. Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card - Czech translation - finished on 7th March
4. Panna na Skálholtu by Guðmundur Kamban - Czech translation - finished on 2nd July
5. Suttree by Cormac McCarthy - Czech translation - finished on 30th November
6. Poslední aristokratka by Evžen Boček - Czech original - finished on 15th December
7. Aristokratka ve varu by Evžen Boček - Czech original - finished on 15th December

Dana (danka83) 1. The Honey Badger by Robert Ruark R, Ruark - The Honey Badger

Finally, I finished my first book of 2015. And it's already half February!

I really liked it. It made me wish I were writer in USA in 50s, 60s (even if it didn't end very well for him)

Dana (danka83) 2. The Stepford Wives by Ira Levin I. Levin - The Stepford Wives

There is a lot of "classic" books I haven't read and this was one of them. Not anymmore.

Even if I knew what's this story about (I hate spoilers, but it's not possible to avoid them when it comes to classics :( ), I really enjoyed it.

Dana (danka83) Ender's Game (The Ender Quintet, #1) by Orson Scott Card O.S. Card - Ender's game

I really liked the story and the end was quite surprising. But some parts from school were boring for me.

Dana (danka83) Oh my God, this year is even worse than the last one. I can't believe I haven't finished more than 4 books! Too bad the magazines don't count :-(

Dana (danka83) Panna na Skálholtu by Guðmundur Kamban G. Kamban - Panna na Skálholtu

I'm not a fan of historical fiction, but I really enjoyed this one. The story keeps going, no boring parts and Iceland is quite exotic for me.

Cassandra | 5832 comments Don't worry too much about it, Dana! Sometimes life gets in the way of reading full-length books, and as long as you're reading something you can pat yourself on the back.

Dana (danka83) Suttree by Cormac McCarthy C. McCarthy - Suttree

Wonderful language, that´s the most important for me in this book. It was a pleasure to read.

Dana (danka83) Poslední aristokratka Aristokratka ve varu E. Boček - Poslední aristokratka and Aristokratka ve varu

Simple humoristic novels, I enjoyed them, but probably won't be reading them again.
