Y/A book about a new girl at school who hears of this posh/rich removed family (kind of Cullen-esque, all beautiful and unachievable) they live in an amazing house, she makes friends with them and they invite her in, I think she is friend with the girl and fancies one of the boys, the family is of different ages but seem to have very dark secrets, book ends with something going wrong and them cutting ties with her?!? The blurb or tag line I’m sure said something about the family having dark secrets. The younger girl of the family performed strange seances/rituals at breaktime in school? Read it probably around 2018
