What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Historical Romance, Europe, before the regency era. The cover has a black horse rearing up, I believe. I read it in about 2007 but I do not believe it was new at that point. The story line is a young woman is out gathering hedgehogs which she sells dor a living. A man rides in on a horse and mistakes her for a woman he is supposed to marry but who was kidnapped. After he releases all of the hedgehogs he convinces her to come with him to where they were to be married to help thwart those who are trying to gain power. Along the way she learns the he has severe claustrophobia (that causes physical illess even in cave type areas) because his cousin locked him in a small space for a long time. She stands in at the wedding ceremony for her look alike. They are both revealed infrint of a giant crowd. The original bride is saved. She goes home. After about 9 months he returns to where she lives with her mother and finds out the she has had a baby....his. I love everything about the book but cant remember the name. Thank you for any help that you can give.

Searching online this book came up: My Dark Prince by Julia Ross. The horse is white but there seems to be another edition with a darker horse (you can see a picture in the author's webpage: http://www.juliaross.net/mydarkprince...).
