If ur on desktop or um laptop u go to the top right of the screen and just bellow where it says band nerds there is a list of shortcuts click on polls and the you should see a link to add a new poll or create a new poll and from there it is pretty straight forward

Some members have there settings changed so that they can get emails about updates but our best bet would be to broadcast a message to all members through GR.
