Vanderbilt Home

Arya pulled into her driveway with a strange feeling of being watched. She parked her truck and quickly went inside, locking the door behind her. Arya took a deep breath, telling herself that there was no reason to be nervous or afraid. She was at home and safe. Ezekiel knew where she was. In fact, he told her to go home. Anyone that would be watching her house would only be concerned for her safety. Relaxing a bit, Arya took off her shoes and socks, going barefoot around her house.
She was safe now and she needed to act that way.
Or was she?
((gtg))
Adrien sat in the shadows of her livingroom. The curtains were closed and the lights were blown. the moon was covered by the clouds so no light poured in,but a storm was coming in. Lightning flashed revealing his evil smirk as he sat leaned back shirtless in gym shorts with his ankle propped on his knee. He said nothing a s he watched her.

Lightning flashed revealing his evil smirk as he sat leaned back shirtless in gym shorts with his ankle propped on his knee. He said nothing a s he watched her.

((Darn it))
Arya shivered, knowing that a storm was coming. Literally and metaphorically. Scenting the air, Arya smelt the wolf from earlier. The other Alpha. Calmly walking into the kitchen, she flicked on the lights. Arya opened up a cabinet, taking out a silver knife. She used to use it for other... More... Violent purposes.
Arya walked out of the kitchen, turning on the living room lights. His scent was the strongest there. She blinked when she saw him. Arya didn't realize how attractive he was. He made an attractive yet big wolf... But in his human form... Arya shook her head, trying to get rid of the thoughts clouding her mind. "Why are you here? This is my home!" she said sternly.
Adrien laughed coldly, "Is it? Doesn't feel like it because I've made myself so at home." He smirked dangerously hsi eyes filled with death. He patted the couch, "Come and sit down, Arya Vanderbilt." He said his teeth gleaming brightly as the lightning flashed. "Perhaps you would like to have a small talk with me as humans."

Arya let out a soft growl, her heart dropping to her stomach. Still holding the knife, re-gripping it, she walked over to him and sat down. Arya left about a foot between them, feeling very uncomfortable in her own home. And she specifically made her house to be comfortable and safe. Arya put her feet on her coffee table, staring at her light pink toes. She had painted them herself a few days before.
"Since you obviously know my name, would you care to enlighten me with yours?" Arya said softly, but loud enough for him to hear. She refused to let her gaze wander to him... With his muscular body and attractive form. Arya took a deep breath and slowly exhaled at the thought. She never thought of anyone in this way before.
Adrien simply laughed coldly at her question. "I'm Adrien alpha of the Greyridge pack. From the smell of it you must be lowly...what a scout? Maybe a Guardian..." He mused knowing very well she was a Delta. He just enjoyed playing with his food before eating it.

"Gee, thanks for boosting my self confidence." Arya said sarcastically. "You know exactly what I am. I'm the Prelate, jerk." Growling, she let out another deep breath. "I don't know why you wanted to come here, or even how you got in. But you are not welcome here. And I suggest you leave." Arya added, feeling a strange feeling in her stomach. "The doors that way." she added, pointing. Putting her feet off the coffee table, she made a motion to stand up herself.
((Sorry never got notified.))
Adrien stood with a dangerous smile, "What's wrong you don't like the truth of what people think of you? How abotu this..you are attractive..I'd fuck you, but I'd be scared to catch some sort of undermining syndrome like what you already have." He joked coldly as if trying to push her and get under her skin.

((it's okay!))
Arya stood up, leaving a mere few inches between them. She had to look up at him, but she didn't mind. "Let's get this straight right now. I have no 'undermining syndrome'. I have depression." Arya said. She normally never admitted that to anyone, but she overlooked that for the moment. "I don't care if you think I'm the sexiest girl you have ever seen, but you are not going to bang me, thank you very much. After all, I have these things called standards. Ever heard of them?" Arya added.
You are the worst lier ever. her brain told her. You want him so badly, you're just afraid. It's not like he knows what you are. The polar opposite of a slut. You are a virgin and are afraid of the fact that you are attracted to him. And that he admitted that he would f*ck you. The other part of ur mind came out, the side she was thankful for, even though it was barely a whisper. you like him, yes. But he isn't in your pack! Besides, it shouldn't matter if you are a virgin or not. All that means is that you are waiting for the right guy. Then the other side spoke up, adding, But you never had a hot guy that wanted you...
Adrien raises and eyebrow, "Right, well if we are getting this all straight right now. I'm here to kill you to send a message to your Alpha. Sorry, nothing personal, but I have to take out a position of slight power. You are close enough and will have to do." He said with a laugh. "So good luck in this fight." he said as his muscles began to tighten and he began to grow in size. his shorts ripping ebfore he became a large wolf just as before his face lengthened but those cold eyes still holding.

"You are so not killing me!" Arya said, not wanting to rip her cloths by turning into a wolf. Feeling self conscious as she stripped out of her cloths, she quickly changed into a beautiful golden colored wolf. Arya judged his size, which was bigger than her, but not enough to make her afraid. Putting aside the lovely debate inside her head, Arya clearing her clouded thoughts. She let out a soft growl and leaped around the coffee table, giving herself more space. Her brown eyes seemed emotionless as she surveyed Adrien. She decided that being smaller and more nimble would be of use to fight him.
Adrien growled lowly which rumbled in the walls like thunder. He moved swiftly knocking the coffee table into the wall shattering it into pieces as he lunged at her teeth showing fully as he leaped upon the prelate. His paw against her throat as he pinned her on the wall standing on hsi hind legs.

Arya kicked his stomach, and wiggled out from under him. She growled loudly, showing her white fangs. You did not just do that. Arya bought this house with her own money, and did her best, taking time to keep it neat. She was not okay with it being destroyed. It was once of the few places should could take refuge from the world, but apparently not anymore. Arya paced around Adrien, eyeing him cautiously. She knew that she was in for a fight. One that she had to win. So she could be respected. Deciding to act, Arya leaped towards him, aiming at his side to slam him into the wall.
((Sorry I switch houses every two days.))
Adrien sensed it coming and was stronger and more deadly than apathetic prelate. He dodged her first lunge but expected another turning on her quickly he kept his head high as he snarled. he was definitely an Alpha the way he stood even under pressure." 'You're good, but I'm better.' One could swear the wolf was laughing within it's own growl.

((It's okay :D ))
Arya growled in return. She was fed up and letting her temper-and feelings-get the better of her. Realizing that, she replied, At least I'm not an arrogant fool. Feeling a sneeze coming up, she stepped back. She was going to wait for Adrien to attack her first, but if she sneezed and he leaped at her... That might not end well for her. Though there was a slight chance that it could end badly for him...
Arya sneezed anyway.
Adrien didn't bother to attack Arya after she sneezed. he simply melted back into human form as he laughed on all fours. "I try to attack and kill you and you share a weak comment calling me a fool before sneezing...That's rich...I love it."B hesiad laughing so hard his face was turning red.

Grabbing a blanket off her couch with her mouth, Arya transformed back into a human. She had learned years ago how to change from a wolf to a human without anyone seeing anything, and at that moment, she found it completely useful. Arya couldn't help but laugh. "Well excuse me! I must just be allergic to your-" she stopped suddenly, blushing scarlet. "Never mind..." Arya pulled another blanket off her couch and threw it at Adrien. She tried to say "You might want this," but no words came from her mouth.
Adrien left the blanket laying next to him as he stood up baring all. "Your cute...I'm sorry I may just let you live after I take Old harbor for amusement." He said plainly.."SO Arya Vanderbilt...Prelate of the Pale Moon pack...why were you so keen to kill me with a silver knife?" He asked glancing at the couch where the knife now laid. "I could easily pull it out and heal." He said seeming to not mind that he had ten thick inches hanging in plain view between his legs.

Arya nearly chocked as he stood up. She was not keen to see all of him. Thankfully, she looked away just in time. Staring at the ceiling, she replied, "First and foremost, I am not a pet to be kept just because I'm funny. Secondly, that beauty," she picked up her knife, "this beauty was very helpful in my life." Arya glanced at Adrien's face, careful to only look there. She looked back up at the ceiling, adding, "Now, I certainly never killed anyone with it-yet. But it has saved me often."
((sorry got like 20 different rp's right now and gtg real soon))
Adrien rolled his eyes dismissively right. "He said picking up her blanket and wrapping it around his waist before tucking it to the side. "If you don't mind I now have better things to do now. Oh and if you tell your Alpha I was here I'll rip your heart out and mail it to him." He said with cold red eyes hungry for flesh.

"Better things to do than m-" Arya started. She paused and turned red. Arya was not one for such animalistic feelings, yet here she was... "My heart, thank you very much, is staying exactly where it is." She pointed to her chest. "And quite frankly, I think that there's more than just keeping me around as a pet." Arya stepped foreword so she was closer to Adrien. "I'm not afraid to bite back. And I'm not one to roll over on my back because I'm challenged. I'm no mutt. And I'll tell my Alpha want I please." When she thought of Ezekiel, her next thought was of that rogue that just happened to steal his heart, and judged her because she was loyal. "Now, no thanks to you, I have some serious cleaning to do to get rid of your..." Arya tried to come up with a negative descriptive word, but she only thought positive ones. "To get rid of your scent."
((lol me too!!! I enjoy cooking to music more though.))
Adrien smirked, "That's a good pup..You still hold your uses." He smirked before lightening flashed violently once more and Adrien was gone the door swinging wide open as rain poured in.
Adrien smirked, "That's a good pup..You still hold your uses." He smirked before lightening flashed violently once more and Adrien was gone the door swinging wide open as rain poured in.

Arya growled at the air where Adrien was just standing. She pulled on a sweater and shorts that she had lying around and walked to her open door. Arya growled again, then yelled to the rain, "I'm not a pup!" With a sigh, she shut her door and looked around. Lightning flashed and she could have sworn she saw his figure walking away. "Wait-please!" Arya shouted.
((lol))
Adrien turned and stopped standing in the rain not moving almost looking like a heart naked Greek statue of sorts. He didn't speak either and stood in anticipation of her running out to him.

Arya let out another growl and walked out to him. "You seriously need to take better care of your cloths." she muttered, mostly to herself. Arya crossed her arms and liked at Adrien, curious yet nervous. "Why didn't you kill me? I don't get it. You hated me and then you let me live. Why? I thought y wanted to start a war..." She shifted her weight on her feet. She was way out of her comfort zone right now. "Is there something... About me that made you stop?" Arya bit her lip, waiting for his answer.
Adrien laughed, "Don't flatter yourself, Prelate. I let you live because my scent to your home was a distraction. We just killed one your pack members. You can find the body in the forest." He smirked viciously. "Not sure the ranking, but it will certainly do the message is clear enough." He promised coldly.

Arya let out a loud, threatening growl. "You leave my pack alone and mind your own business." she said with a sneer. "The is no need to start a war; just go back to whatever accursed land you came from and stay there." Arya was about to start walking away, then remembered what she was holding. Re-gripping her knife, she threw it at Adrien. Arya's aim was dead on, and the only way Adrien would be able to get away from it was if he moved fast enough. Which didn't normally happen to her lucky victims.
Adrien was a trained fighter and he was probably one of the fastest in his entire pack as far as reflexes went. Adrien naturally didn't have enough time to dodge the knife, but that didn't stop him from catching the glint of the blade as lightening flashed. He threw a hand up quickly catching the blade a hair from his hear. He was holding the blade and the silver began to sear into his flesh. Adrien gritted his teeth into a dangerous smile. "Nice try. But how cna I go home when you just attacked me. Now I have a score to settle. One of your pack mates are now dead and I will have you destroyed." He tossed the blade back that now held a bit of flesh and blood on it. "Stay out of my way and I won't have to kill you until the attack comes." He turned around and vanished into the rain and fog.

Arya easily caught her own blade, smiling at the flesh in it. She wiped the blood off on the grass. "I am so afraid of being destroyed. Because I have so many ways of being destroyed." Arya said sarcastically to the thin air. She rolled her eyes and walked back into her house, sighing at the mess Adrien left her with. Arya let out an annoyed growl.

Arya got out of the shower, her hair dripping wet. She grabbed a soft towel and started to dry herself off. Arya started to get dressed when she realized she left her favorite bra downstairs. With a sigh, Arya wrapped her towel around herself and walked downstairs. At the bottom of the steps, the hair on the back of her neck stood up and she got the goosebumps. She felt like she was being watched again. Arya nervously walked over to the laundry room and took her bra, looking around, ready to run at the slightest movement.
Adrien's voice came in a sudden shock, "Well, well, well...What is a pretty thing like you doing so sexy? I can see you nipples." He added the last bit clearly trying to get under her skin, but he was no where in sight that she would be able to see. It wasn't raining today and the sun was shining which meant he was either really brave to be out in the day time or really stupid.

Arya held the towel closer to her body, looking down at herself. "God, you scared me!" she growled at him. "And you can't see anything either," Arya added, huffing. She carefully slipped on her bra, clearly skilled at the art of getting dressed without flashing anyone. Once wearing her bra, she wrapped her towel around her body feeling rather self conscious. "What do you want? I do remember not inviting you into my home, as last time you broke my furniture." she said.
Adrien's voice at last seemed more clear and focused coming from the living room. "You seemed to do a good job of fixing things...I like a woman who cleans up after a night of rough and exciting fun. Maybe we could do it again sometime..." He was sitting back on the couch with his feet propped up on the newly established table. "I hate to intrude upon you, but word from my scouts and hunters says that you haven't informed your Alpha that war is here on his doorstep. Yes, you have told him about me, but clearly no one is frightened enough about it. Maybe I should just kill you and lay you on his doorstep. Then he will have to take notice to my threats." Adrien said cruelly, but almost in a comical form as if amused by her.

Arya rolled her eyes, clearly annoyed. She ran a hand through her wet hair and let out a soft growl. "First of all, ewe. I clearly need to change my locks." Arya rolled her eyes and continued, "Of course I told my Alpha about war. I'm not stupid. He is probably to busy with his new mate. Stupid rogue." Arya stopped when the dryer beeped and pulled out a simple dress. She slid into it and discarded her towel. Arya walked into her living room and crossed her arms. "I have no idea why I told you that..." She whispered to herself. Clearing her throat, she added, "And there is absolutely no reason to kill me. After all, you said I was fun." Arya rolled her eyes at her own statement.
Adrien laughs and turns his head to the side slightly. "Did I say that? Huh, must have been some good head you gave." He said with a smirk that clearly wanted to see her patience tested. He couldn't help himself. He loved getting inside of people's heads. Adrien stood stretching his arms and back. He was shirtless again and wearing gym shorts. "You will learn very quickly that my pack does not look upon a life and think it something precious. We look upon a life and see it's impurities. You do nto hold yourself above mrotals so much as living with them as an equal. It si your kind I feel deserve death."

"Sorry, but I wasn't born this way. I don't leave people who I love behind just because I'm different from them because of a freak incident." Arya said calmly. "Life will always be impure because of free will. People can be very stupid, but that doesn't mean that they deserve death. Nobody deserves death." Shrugging, Arya continued, "Have you ever seen a baby born? Because I have-multiple times. Life is beautiful and precious. Having a baby is painful and bloody, but worth it all. A women's reaction to her newborn baby is one of the best things to see. She literally could have torn her body apart, but if you ask her if it was worth it, she'll say yes. It's obviously something you will never experience..." Arya sighed softly. She couldn't help but be happy at the thought of babies. They were just so cute-even when they cry.
Adrien simply rolled his eyes "You really don't get it when I say your life is in danger. I am offering anyone in your pack who feels they are strong enough to survive a place among my ranks and you simply want to talk about life and death and disgusting children being held by their weak mothers. I spit at such words. Children are a disgusting nuisance and mortals are just the same. Our race is the pure race and we deserve to rule over mortals. I will offer you and everyone in your pack a weeks time before our attack during which time you will face death should you go against us." Adrien said very plainly.

"I already worked through pack ranks once, I have no need to do that again. And obviously you don't know how life works. You are born and then you die. And weak mothers? What do you think your own mother did? She didn't think you were weak and throw you over a cliff. Oh wait, that's Sparta." Arya said, her temper rising. "Nobody can survive without 'weak mothers' anyway. So you can have fun dying. Because this is one battle that I not keen on loosing." she added, growling. "I survived once and plan on doing so again, thank you very much."
Adrien smirked cruelly, "How honourable of you, Arya. Unfortunately, I have discovered that you trying to make me grow a conscience is a waste of both of our time. So you can either keep talking about your virtuous things you feel exist or you can put up a good fight because your blood will mark this war as a new rising age for our species...or you can always surrender." Adrien assures her with the last bit as if it were the worst of the options.

"Even if I did surrender, you'd just kill me anyways, wouldn't you? You seem like the type. Now, I'm not like the Japanese in World War Two, but I also must say I'm not like the Germans either..." Arya said. Shaking her head, she put the thoughts of World War Two out of her mind. "And why my blood? Just go kill somebody else. I'm passive and don't particularly find fighting pleasant, unlike you. I prefer Gandhi's and King's methods. You know, peaceful protests." Arya informed him. She didn't care if she sounded weak; she actually wasn't. She's just not one for violent actions.
Adrien smirked, "It is those of you that are so weak that I want to kill first simply to make a statement. I want to take no prisoners, no mercy, no living innocents. I want t rule this territory and make a home for my pack. Your Alpha is weak in his point to give you such freedom as to decide that you will not fight. You and your entire pack will simply die and over night while I was thinking about it...I may not want to kill you. I may want to keep you as my pet. I will have my way with you whenever I please and on the day of battle I will make you watch as I kill all those innocents you speak of, women, children...elderly. If they have no use in my pack as survivors then they are useless and therefore will be exterminated." Adrien was very prideful and it showed as he gave away his plans almost instantly.

"So your literally going to kill every female and child, completely damning the future of your pack? I realized that you were stupid, but not that stupid." Arya said laughing. Flipping her hair, she added, I" never said that I wouldn't fight, just that I prefer the pen to the sword. And I'm nobody's pet to do with as they please." Arya growled and her cloths dropped as she seemlessly changed into her wolf. She snarled at him, the fur on her neck raising. Arya quickly made her way outside, nosing the door open. She didn't want her house ruined-again.
