Taylor Jenkins-Reid is a very talented writer. I have been meaning to read one of her books for a long-time. I wasn’t sure if Daisy Jones and the Six would live up to the hype, and possibly be shallow and overly dramatic music star story. It wasn’t that way at all. I really felt connected to these characters. Most of all Daisy; she fights for what she wants, appears not to care, is troubled, but underneath it all she is pure heart and loves writing songs and singing them. So, you find out she is vulnerable and strong. Excellent book.
