A Head Full of Ghosts discussion

I am interested in what questions or thoughts others came away with after finishing the book.

Some of what I was left with are....

Did the family plan this whole thing out to specially to get on the reality show and make money not realizing the damage it would do?

Was Marjorie ever really possessed or was it actually all an act?

If she was possessed did the rite of exorcism somehow pass the "demon" on to Merry? Is that why Marjorie as adamant about her being in the room?

Was Merry actually the one possessed the whole time?
