you need your whole house to sign up, but the challenge hasn't happened and I'm not sure when it will

So how does the signing up part work? It seems more confusing than it probably should

we didn’t get enough sign ups so the challenge didn’t happen, but I’ll have to talk to the other mods about setting a new date for it. If that does happen we’ll explain how to sign up etc.
